Time slowly passed. Winter's chill gradually enshrouded all of Dragon Nation's lands, and Magic Capital was no exception. As the days went by, New Year's Day finally drew ever closer.
Although it wasn't Chinese New Year, the streets were still decked out with lights and decorations, aside from business promotions. The festive atmosphere was undoubtedly quite intense.
However, beyond the New Year's celebrations, this day also held a more special and keenly anticipated significance: the Breeding Contest!
Each year, the Breeding Contest attracted the attention of numerous Beast Tamers and Breeders. It represented the peak of Pet Beast breeding achievements from all over the country for that entire year! At the same time, many talented young Breeders had risen to fame overnight because of this contest. Even though the vast majority of ordinary people couldn't discern much, they would still join in to watch the excitement and buzz.
