The blonde man smiled and brought the walkie-talkie up to Yu Yao's face, nodding towards her, signaling her to speak.
Yu Yao tightened her lips, remaining silent.
The other side obviously set a trap, wanting Moses to walk into it to take his life; she couldn't drag him down with her, she'd rather him think she's already dead.
The blonde man saw her thoughts, frowning unhappily, raising the gun to aim at her forehead.
"I don't usually hit women, don't force me to!"
Yu Yao lifted her gaze, biting her lip hard.
"Don't touch her!" Moses' voice rang out again, "Yu Yao?"
Calling her name, his tone noticeably softened.
"Tell me, are you hurt?"
"No."
"Good."
Yu Yao looked at the blonde man aiming the gun at her, suddenly raising her voice.
"They... have guns! There are many of them, they'll kill you, you should leave quickly!"
"Ha..." The blonde man chuckled darkly, "Tsk tsk tsk... What a loyal woman, Moses, do you mind if I kill her?"
