Fanelei stood in the skies with her arms crossed. She wore a cold and indifferent expression, but inwardly she was cursing Sylas.
She was one of the strongest A-tiers of the Mortal Realm, and here she was running errands for a little boy.
Granted, if she was honest with herself, this wasn't the real reason she was ticked off. In reality, she had already decided that she would follow and believe in Sylas. But maybe she had expected some sort of reward for that conclusion.
Instead, what she got was cold indifference as though Sylas felt that it was only natural.
On the one hand, the fact that she had made such a decision was already ridiculous enough and should prove the fact that Sylas deserved whatever inflated sense of ego he had.
But on the other, she still wanted her own ego stroked at least a little bit. This definitely wasn't how you became a good leader.
