COLLIN'S HOUSE-
"Sister Ivy!" Rebecca called as Joshua put her down.
"Is he okay?" Ivy asked as Joshua sighed.
"I think it's for the best if we leave him alone...I'll get going now." Joshua stated.
"Wait! I'll tell the driver to drop you off ." Ivy suggested as Joshua nodded. "Sure,"
JAYDEN'S POV-
After I closed the door on Joshua face, I couldn't think straight anymore. Why did that girl have to enter into my room, I've told her countless times to stay away from me but no she never listens.
She is just like that woman, who thinks she can come in her and change what has already been there.
"Urgh!" I groaned, pressing my fist in the wall as bits of paint stained with blood appeared where I hit.
ARIANA 'S POV-
Once Annabel showed me to my room, I immediately changed into a fresh set of clothes which I had brought from home. I sat down on the bed, opposite me as I looked at the phone beside me, partially destroyed.
"Shit! I didn't know what I was thinking before smashing my phone to the ground." I groaned in frustration.
"But it's the only way she wouldn't find out and I am sure by now the dinner should have started." I smirked, smiling at my own victory when a knock suddenly jolted me back to reality.
"Whose there?" I asked, standing to my feet trying to arrange the bed.
"It's me... Annabel." She replied from the other side as I let out a deep breath.
"Do you need anything, it's almost dinner time." She says.
"I don't need anything maybe a glass of water will do...but I'm fine." I say hurriedly.
"Okay, I'll leave then... goodnight." She said in a low tone before I finally heard footsteps. She's gone.
"I shouldn't have spoken so rudely...she helped me, what's wrong with you Ariana?" I asked hitting my forehead.
"I should make it up to her, besides she helped me out today." I sighed, picking up my already damaged device and threw it into the bin before stepping out.

"I thought you weren't coming down for dinner." She said confused as she hurriedly set out a plate for me.
"I I changed my mind last minute, I'm actually really hungry." I smiled trying to ease the tension.
"Sure, you can make yourself comfortable I'll go get the soup." She smiled, as she rushed into the kitchen.

RING! RING!!!
"Why isn't he picking my call?"
"You can't keep avoiding me... it's been what, four months now but his number is either busy or not available." She grained as she sat at the edge of her bed, anger flushed through her as she threw her phone out of frustration.
"Hey!" A girl suddenly shouted as she quickly dogged the attack.
"Sister? I didn't see you there." She hurriedly got up from the bed.
"Oh my gosh Mia! You look so terrible." Katherine gushed as she switched on the light.
"I'm fine just tired! We've been really busy at school." Mia says as she rushed to the wardrobe to bring out a box of wet wipes to clean of the ugly trail of smudged eyeliner and foundation on her face.
"You need to get your self together, it's final year or else you'll just break down." Katherine said, worried.
"Nothing is going to happen, I'm just tired like I said earlier."
"And you throwing stuff and skipping meals?" She inquired.
"When did you start lecturing me like mother? Huh..." Mia questioned as Katherine hung her mouth in the air, swallowing the rest of the words she was about to say.
"Fine but I need my little sis back, the once jovial and kind one...not the one I'm looking at now." She said and left as Mia hurriedly rushed forward to shut the door behind her.
"Joshua why aren't you picking my calls? You think it's over between us? Because of that bitch Ariana but well I won't let you have her because you're mine and mine alone."
ANNABEL'S POV-
"Thanks for the dinner ma'am, it was really delicious." Ariana said as she stood up to clear her dishes when I suddenly stopped her.
"I'll take it, you're a guest here." I quickly smiled as Ariana let go and I took the dishes to the sink.
"Annabel your brother isn't back yet? Did he tell you if he'll be staying over?" Mum asked once the dishes had been cleared.
"Well he said he'll be back a little later, he is staying over at a friend's place for some late homework." I quickly explained to stop mum from questioning further.
"Oh? I'll tell the maid to wait behind and serve his dinner, I can't wait any longer I have to take my meds and go to bed." Mum smiles as Ariana nodded before she finally headed to her room.
"I'm going to wash the dishes, do you want y come...I meant if you don't want to-"
"It's fine, I'll join." She smiled as we both mad our way to the kitchen.
"Actually I'm really grateful for the help you rendered to me earlier today, I'm really grateful." She says as I stack the dishes into the dishwasher.
"It's fine I was only helping a friend of my friend...well I meant to say Sarah 's my friend and since you're Sarah's friend it's only good if I help out." I say adding the last of the plate as I closed the machine shut.
"Done! We just have to wait for some time and then we can go to bed."
"Urm...I didn't want to pry into your family matter but I heard you have a brother."
She suddenly asked.
"Yes! Actually he attends another school you see, people don't know but we're actually twins." I say trying to quickly change the topic.
"Really? You don't look like a twin to me?" She says as I burst out laughing.
"I hear that a lot." I say.
Ding!
"Oh! The dishes are done." I say.
