But to her greatest surprise, Dracula didn't give a reply to her question.
"I am quite busy now, so why don't you get going." He stated.
Lilith felt hurt by his behaviour. It was almost as if a string was being stung deep inside her heart, making her unable to think straight.
She sighed and with a frown plastered on her face.
Lilith stepped out of the hotel suite and headed straight to the nearest elevator.
Immediately Lilith arrived at the lower floor that welcomed her to the hotel lobby, she instantly began to hasten her steps to grab a cab that would take her to her place of work.
Upon hauling a cab, a cab driver immediately pulled over for Lilith as he questioned her with an arched brow. "Miss, where would you be heading to?" The cab driver inquired of Lilith.
"Takkkkkllk…"
She opened her mouth to speak but all words that spurred out of it were gibberish. 'Fuck! I had forgotten that I can't speak if Dracula is not around my side.' Lilith cursed within herself.
