Okay so I am going to scrap the original afterthought, because Volume 2 is where most of the changes will happen.
1) I am still keeping it cannon that Luke meets Wanda and Pietro WAY earlier than he would in the MTL. I think it adds more character building opportunities and sets up the romance aspect of this fanfic. Which means, I will still be keeping the original scenes and chapters SPECIFICALLY for slice-of-life interaction for scenes involving Wanda and Pietro. The confirmed pairing remains: Luke x Wanda, Pietro x Crystal. Expect more screentime for them.
2) Wanda's power awakening was originally the link for her visions of the "Other Wanda". The connection of their powers allow her to view this "Other Wanda" memories as if they were her own, which ultimately makes "Other Wanda" cannon. I am now going retcon this. Other Wanda would not exist right at this current moment since I want to focus on MTL storyline instead of an original storyline. HOWEVER, I will retain the "visions" of Other Wanda. But this time, it is not LINKED to an "Other Wanda" BUT INSTEAD, her own desires to live AS "Other Wanda". Chaos Magik is broken, MCU Wanda can easily create a fake reality (although she did kinda kidnap many people) during Wandavision. So, it stands to reason that by reading the diary entries, our Wanda's powers are subtly and subconsciously responding to her desires to experience and live through it. This is what I have come up with to replace the whole "Other Wanda" link. This means, Other Wanda is unfortunately, not real anymore. Currently anyways.
3) The drama's of my version of the fanfic is all created by yours truly. The MTL is actually very happy go lucky type with not much character interaction and development. This will not change.
4) My original enemies, Marak and True Demon God. I have NO PLANS to have them appear as actual characters in this series. As I have pointed out in C65, Marak will only appear as 'Projections', and would not pose an actual threat to Luke. UNLESS the MTL brings back the Olivia Temple, I WILL NOT bring back Abyssal Covenant. The series will focus mainly on the actual MCU villains.
5) As I had stated in the re-write notice, I will only be following the general flow of the MTL plotline. Which means, there's not much difference from the quality of Volume 1 and the early half of Volume 2. The only MAJOR difference is, whatever that involves Chaos Magik and Other Wanda will have to be retconned. There was also some plotline that differ from the MTL, such as Iron Man and Steve vs Iron Monger, that will remain as it is. BUT, Luke will ALSO be involved since I am forgoing the whole Multiverse plotline. Which also means... Unfortunately, Marvel Jesus will not be making an appearance at the end of Volume 2.
Wanda is 16, turning 17 soon! And MC is 19, so there's only a two year gap. So all you FBI agents stay away!
