Yuanshi Tianzun said:
"This Transcender's origin is mysterious, having plotted various affairs since before the Creation of Heaven and Earth.
"The reason he has taken Ping'an as his disciple is his regard for Ping'an's enlightenment and that Art of Non-Spirit.
"Though this Transcender aims for the Essential Source Object of Heaven and Earth, he teaches the Heavenly Emperor as a good teacher. The Transcender and the Heavenly Emperor have made a gentleman's agreement, with the former continuing his plans and the Heavenly Emperor exploring ways to sustain heaven and earth.
"In the Transcender's view, the possibility of heaven and earth surviving the final calamity is very slim."
Li Ping'an sighed, "Mentor-disciple relationship is one thing, stance is another. As the Heavenly Emperor, it is only right for me to consider for heaven and earth."
