Shi Junya's words left Liu Ergou quite surprised.
"Ah, why's that, Sister Ya!" Liu Ergou asked with a puzzled face. "I sneaked into the Umbrella Company to get more information, so we can understand them better."
"As the old saying goes, know yourself and your enemy, and you'll never be defeated!"
Looking at the confused Liu Ergou, Shi Junya sighed softly.
"I understand what you mean, Ergou," Shi Junya said. "But what you don't know is that, although we've been investigating the Umbrella Company, we don't even know the name of its chairman!"
"Besides, going in alone is really dangerous!"
Hearing Shi Junya's last sentence, Liu Ergou chuckled, stood up, and sat next to Shi Junya.
He reached out and pulled her into his arms.
