It's hard to pinpoint exactly when, but renowned universities and charity foundations started targeting well-known wealthy individuals in the country, always assuming their money was easily earned like it blew in with the wind. They thought that just by asking, they could receive tens of millions, even billions.
They believe that with all this wealth, donating some money to support university education and charitable causes is just the right thing to do.
But the real issue is, how much of these donations actually end up in the hands of those who truly need them?
It's very disappointing to many donors when they hear about people from certain charity organizations driving luxury sports cars worth millions, wearing expensive designer clothes and bags worth thousands.
How did they acquire these million-dollar luxury cars, designer clothes, and branded bags?
Don't mention they're private belongings, because if that's the case, with all that wealth, just how much have you donated?
