The Silver Hand swaggered into Polish magical society.
The Polish Ministry of Magic even had to put on a welcoming appearance and make certain concessions for them.
This was the power of the Silver Hand. Wherever they went, Ministries of Magic had to open a convenient door for them.
After all, their arrival genuinely improved the local economy.
On the very first day of their arrival, the Silver Hand began recruiting people with great fanfare.
The generous salary made many people want to squeeze their way in.
Using money to pry open the door.
John was telling Inge Griffiths that ideals could not fill people's stomachs.
The third Johnny Silverhand branch soon opened.
Silver Hand Fashion Architecture was even walking freely around the Ministry of Magic, seemingly planning how to carry out the construction.
For this reason, Tommy went to meet the Polish Minister for Magic.
"This is what the British Ministry of Magic used to look like, and this is what it looks like now."
Tommy took out photographs of Silver Hand Fashion Architecture's previous major client.
Griffiths casually picked them up and glanced at them. He smiled and said, "I have complete faith in the Silver Hand, and even more faith in the Second King."
Leaning forward, Griffiths gave off a sense of pressure.
"Tommy Shelby, you chose a very good master."
Tommy stared at the man before him, dressed in a suit and wearing a smile. As a werewolf, he smelled danger from him.
Thinking of his friend who had died so miserably, Tommy gave a smile that did not reach his eyes. "Thank you for the compliment."
Tommy had to go and direct the construction. Griffiths waved his hand, and Starr walked over.
"Keep an eye on him." Griffiths's smile faded as he said calmly, "I imagine the Silver Hand won't refuse a few people entering the branch to work."
Starr understood what he meant.
That afternoon, two new employees arrived at the Johnny Silverhand branch.
Tommy wanted to find Lippi's wand.
Lippi's wand had undergone a few small modifications. For example, the handle of her wand could be removed.
In the past, Lippi would hide small objects such as cigarettes inside the wand handle.
With Tommy's understanding of Lippi, if she wanted to hide something, she would definitely choose to hide it inside.
But entering the Auror Office was another troublesome problem.
The first problem was the gaze following him at every moment.
Tommy passed by the Auror Office and looked back behind him.
Starr smiled and nodded at him.
"What a nuisance." Tommy's expression darkened. He nodded in response and walked past the Auror Office.
John had arranged for him to go to the Ministry of Magic to supervise the renovation, but had not assigned him any other tasks.
Tommy could only improvise on his own.
...
Hogwarts' final holiday had arrived.
Malfoy showed off his Easter egg, painted with the Malfoy family crest in green and silver.
Astoria also received a Malfoy family Easter egg, and Daphne's Easter egg was gorgeous as well.
Some Easter eggs even had gemstones and ornaments attached as decoration.
Blaise's Easter egg had a ruby on it.
John received three Easter eggs sent from home.
He could basically recognise that they had been made by three different people.
The one painted with a Golden Snitch and a Seeker was obviously his father's.
The red graffiti with petals and a little dog was Mrs Wick's.
The pink one with a teddy bear and an owl was Ariana's.
Along with the Easter eggs came a letter from the Wick family.
"Another new shop?"
His father was preparing the thirteenth hotel and planning to go to Hungary.
It was even a family trip paid for with public funds.
Looking at the letter filled with obvious bragging, John could roughly imagine the smug expression on his father's face when he wrote it.
This was revenge for last Christmas, when John had left him to spend the holiday at home all alone.
"How old is he, and he's still this childish?" John secretly looked down on his own father.
That old man really did have a strong desire to win.
Ignoring his father's competitiveness, John summarised the characteristics of the Star Spirit Divine Guards after many days of observation.
They were magical creatures with extremely high growth potential, and they did not need to eat. They only needed to absorb enough starlight at night to sustain themselves.
But that did not mean they could not eat. The stars made of pure magic were very popular among the Star Spirits.
John had discovered this once when he took away the stars. Hector showed interest in them, and after using the stars, a Star Spirit could briefly enter an explosive state.
In any case, John had not needed to turn on the lights that day, because Hector's whole body had been glowing like a light bulb.
"It seems magical creatures have very low resistance to the stars."
John looked at the three bottles of stars in the cabinet and fell into thought.
Whether it was unicorns, the Spirit of the Black Lake, or the Star Spirit Divine Guards, they were all utterly fascinated by the stars.
...
Slughorn came looking for John.
He happily placed an Easter egg to one side and said, "The paper has already been approved. I imagine it won't be long before someone informs you that it's time to receive your new Order of Merlin."
Slughorn had prepared a cabinet in his office. The topmost space had been left empty, ready to hold the Order of Merlin.
He had come to tell John the good news, and then said, "I have a gathering. I was wondering, if you have time..."
He rubbed his hands together somewhat embarrassedly. If John could attend, it would give him a great deal of face.
John was now even more famous than Slughorn.
"Of course, if you're busy, you can attend to your own matters." Afraid that John might misunderstand his words, Slughorn hurriedly added, "It's just an invitation, right?"
Hearing this suggestion, John smiled faintly. "I think I should be free that day."
It would not be a bad thing to come into contact with Slughorn's network more often.
Hearing John agree, Slughorn was delighted.
He held a gathering almost every month now. The current him no longer needed to hide away like he had during Voldemort's time.
Receiving John's agreement made Slughorn almost as happy as being awarded a medal.
They agreed on Saturday evening. He kept emphasising that it would not matter even if John was late, and that he could come at any time.
He was afraid John would stand him up.
Naturally, John would not.
He intended to properly cherish this final stretch of time at school.
The Easter holiday lasted two weeks.
However, these two weeks usually came with a great deal of homework, so most people chose to spend them at Hogwarts.
Of course, relatively speaking, this was also a good thing.
For Malfoy, that was the case.
He gathered the Quidditch team and obtained permission from Snape early on to use the Quidditch pitch.
Early in the morning, John could already see Malfoy lecturing the students who were troubled by their homework.
"I can see killing intent toward Draco in Astoria's eyes."
Malfoy was there in high spirits.
He had completely forgotten that Astoria was a fifth-year this year, the busiest year of all seven years at Hogwarts.
She had not even finished her Transfiguration homework before she was dragged over for intensive training.
Blaise made a bet with Pansy. "Astoria will definitely dump Draco this year. Ten Galleons."
Pansy rolled her eyes at him and sneered. "I bet twenty Galleons."
Malfoy's immoral act of applying for the training ground first did not draw criticism from the other houses.
On the contrary, Gryffindor was very grateful that Malfoy had moved quickly enough.
Because they had a captain with the same idea as Malfoy. Harry looked unwillingly at Malfoy, who was swaggering into the Quidditch pitch.
Little did he know that his team members were very glad they still had time to finish their homework.
In truth, Malfoy was in such a hurry to train not only because he did not want his name left on Slytherin's pillar of shame, but more importantly because he needed to train up the second generation of players.
Gryffindor did not have many seventh-years, only Harry, Ron, and Dean Thomas.
But Slytherin had many. Apart from Astoria, everyone else was a seventh-year.
That naturally had its benefits, but the drawbacks followed right after.
Once they graduated, Slytherin's team would basically be half crippled.
So half of Malfoy's training time was spent training the second-generation players, which did let the others breathe a sigh of relief.
Only Astoria, as the predetermined next-generation captain, had to coordinate with the second-generation players, so she did not get any rest.
When training ended, one could see Malfoy chasing after Astoria, while Astoria stormed off angrily without looking back.
This scene made Blaise secretly clench his fist.
"He can actually anger the girl with the best temper in all of Slytherin."
Blaise's words made the Slytherins wonder just where Malfoy's limits lay.
John, however, found the scene amusing. With Astoria's temper, she would probably be fine after sulking for a while.
After all, it had never been Malfoy who had caught Astoria. It was Astoria who had Malfoy firmly in her grasp.
The people of the Constellation Society had watched step by step as Malfoy was taken in by Astoria.
