CHAPTER 46
ALEXIA P.O.V
"Our recent charts have been good,no foresight of bad sells so far and so many investors are asking to partner up even though it's not favourable to some of them" my secretary informed me
Nadia had taken a few days off to concentrate on the assignment I assigned to her
"That's good, keep up your good work I really appreciate you were able to take over Nadia's job for a few days I promise it won't go unrewarded"
"Is no problem really I enjoy working with you.. and oh speaking of that, a man named Henry White request an audience with you"
'White? Why do I have an ominous feeling about this. It hasn't escape my notice what the White's have been doing to the underworlds but as far as he didn't come near my people he could rampage on for all I care but why does he wants to see me? Does he know about me?
"When?"
"Tomorrow"
"Fine, schedule a meeting then"
"Yes Miss"
I had just left the office and was about to enter the car when my secretary Beatrice ran to me
"What did I forget something?"
"No" she said trying to catch her breath
"Then why were you running?"
"I.. I'm sorry to impose this on you especially as you are my boss"
"What's that?"
"I... I'm throwing a party for my little girl and I'm already late for it I was met to drop this file at the Nexus company earlier and I totally forgotten so since you're heading that way I thought maybe you could help me... I'm sorry if you don't want to do it is fine"
"Is fine for the sake of your daughter I'II help you"
"Thank you very much"
"Ok, now go before you're late for her party"
She ran off, I looked down at the files on my hand thinking 'what if I bumped into Asher, I still have some other things I want to do before I go home, eh I'II give it to his assistant quick and sharp.
I drove to his company I was impressed by how big it was walking in,I immediately saw his assistant and heaved a huge of relief
"Hey Felix" I called him
"Miss Alexia, what are you doing here?"
"Ah nothing serious I just came to drop this I'II be on my way um... Make sure it gets to Mr Slade"
"Erm.. I'm sorry Miss I was just about leaving Sir have sent me on an important errand I guess you have to give him yourself"
"What?! I have something to do, can't no one else deliver it?"
"Sir only allows selected few to come to the his office and now they're not around"
"So you really can't deliver it?" I pressed on
"I'm afraid not"
"I don't even know the way to his office"
"Is on the special floor, I'II have already granted you entry so you can go"
Granted? So you even need permission before you can see him what a top class snob
"Fine"
I walked over to the elevator and press the button those already in the elevator were giving me some kind of side look... What was it they're first time seeing a person? Anyways I pay no mind to them and when my turn came I drop off to a even more people looking at me like I was some show
Finally a tall brown hair guy with black eyes stood in my way
"I'm sorry but this floor is actually close off to ordinary people"
"Okay but I'm not ordinary people I'm here to see your boss"
"Ugh .. if everyone could see our boss like that, he wouldn't have put up security"
"Alright then tell I'm here to see him"
"See look lady, my boss isn't interested in ladies so I whatever trick you have up your sleeves it won't work"
Really? Was Asher's employees this dumb?
"Look I have no time for this, get out of my way or else what comes your way won't be favourable"
I pushed past him and headed for the door suprisely he doesn't even have any weight, I opened the door with him shouting behind me when I looked inside instantly my face darkened
A blonde girl with black eyes stood behind him with faces merely inches apart and he wasn't bothered
"Sir I'm sorry she pushed past me I couldn't stop her, I'II accept whatever punishment that comes my way"
the apologizing idiot was in my back while Asher stared at me which I stared back coldly the girl was still behind purposefully still standing very close to him.
"I'm sorry Mr Slade, I didn't know you were busy I simply came to drop something off I'II take my leave now" I said then turned around before I could leave I heard his voice
"Both of you leave and shut the door behind you"
"Yes sir" they said simultaneously
When the girl passed me I swear I wanted to jump on her, just then I felt him hug me from behind but I pulled away
"Don't you have something to be doing Mr Slade?"
I narrowed my eyes at him
"Are you jealous?"
I didn't answer him
"Well I didn't know you were friendly to your surbodinates especially the female ones, look as I said before I came to bring something since my work is done I'm leaving"
But before I could move a step he dragged me in closer by the waist and pressed his lips on mine, I resisted at first but then I succumbed and kissed him back, my legs became wobbly and held unto him for support while he held my waist tighter when he pulled away, he looked at me then caress my face
"Alexia you're the only woman I see, I only have eyes for you and no one else"
"Why were you so close to her "
"We were discussing about something if you want I can fire her"
Honestly that doesn't sound too bad
"It hasn't come to that I just don't like her being close to you at all and she was doing it purposefully while you were blind to it all"
I folded my arms and walked away from him
"Ok how about I don't allow her in anymore from now on only males apart from you are allowed in"
"That sounds much better" I smiled
"Come, I want to show you something"
He took me to his laptop and sat me down on his lap
"Asher, what if someone walks in?"
"My office is closed off to people even though they want to come in they need permission and besides the door is locked"
"Oh okay"I could feel something poking me from beneath and had an inking of what it could be but hope not....
"Here this are the people I have managed to capture trying to assassinate you, so far is so little because of the way the heads pop"
"I might've something for that, a few days back I was able to detect what was in those people heads and it seems like some kind of weird but not foreign to me frequency whoever is in charge of sending this people also have tracking and cameras installed in them so that they can detect when they're about let the cat of the bag so they'll dynamite them"
"I guessed as much and I also think that whoever is behind this might also have something to do with the missing project"
"I think so too... Erm do you still perhaps have one of the assassin still alive?"
"I do but judging by his current state I doubt he'll make it pass today"
"I want to see him" I said firmly
"What? What for?"
"I want to check something out"
"Alexia that place is not for someone like you"
"I really need to check it before he dies"
"No"
"Even though I say pretty please?" I pouted and put on my best puppy look, finally he gave in
"Fine" he sighed
We pulled up at a big estate no doubt his base in the underworld, everyone there so big and scary, stepping out of the car, an guy with average height and dirty blonde hair ran up to Asher
"Master you're back" he said excitedly before turning over to look at me
"Is this a new toy? To be honest this one is kinda different"
Lines of frown appeared on my face 'New toy?'
"This is your Mistress so address her properly"
Asher said with an Icy gaze suddenly the man turned to me and kneeled down and started
"I am so sorry Mistress please forgive my manners"
"Erm... Is okay,you can get up now"
"No please I crossed the line, I will accept any punishment"
Punishment? What the hell?
"Well if you don't get up there will certainly be punishment"
He reluctantly got up and nodded his head then turn back to Asher
"So no toy?" He said like a dejected child
"Not today, come on let's go" Asher turned to me
I giggled then pulled out bagels I had bought on the way and planned to munch on it later and handed them to him
"Well I don't which kind of toy you're talking about but will this make up for it?"
His eyes lit up like that of kid as he excitedly nodded and took them before running off, I giggled again at his childish behaviour
"Is he always like this?"
"Yes, Kyle live a tough life before and it messed up his brain to think like that of a child"
"That's so sad" I said glancing at retreating figure of the guy
"What do we have here?" Allen suddenly appeared out of nowhere
"Allen"
"If it isn't the beautiful Miss Alexia, is been a long time"
"Sure is" I wanted to hug him but Asher held me back preventing from moving
"Come on brother is just a hug between two friends"
"Don't you have other things to do?" He said with a cold voice
"I do and I was doing it until I heard your car pulled up, I wonder what are you doing here?" He turned to me
"I'm here to check something?"
"Oh well then don't let me hold you back any further,if you need any help you can always look for me" he winked and walk back inside
I could tell he was pissing Asher off and sure enough his grip on my hand tighten
"Don't go to him" he said firmly then took me inside
Walking in everyone kept on looking, some with scary scars or with a gold teeth, if it was any other person they will be scared right now unfortunately it didn't faze me
We eventually got to a big vault like door and someone opened it for us a terrible stench of blood reeking out, I covered my nose
"Take this" Asher handed me a face mask
"Thanks"
I got inside and saw a man all bruised up and even some fingers missing, I went closer to inspect him as expected I could see a small slash behind his right ears as I reached out to touched it Asher grabbed my hand
"What are you doing?" He said
"I need to remove the chip that is behind his ear"
"How do you plan to that?"
"With a knife of course"
"And get your fingers dirty?!"
"Okay do you have a better Idea?"
"Kyle can do it"
"Well Kyle can trip it off and make it explode if not done properly"
"And you know how to this kind of stuff because what?! You're a doctor!! last I checked you aren't"
"But I do know how to do these kind of things, just let me do it before he explodes, I'II wear gloves will that make you happy?"
He stared at me with that his unreadable expression then slowly let my hand go,walk back to his chair and nodded at me to continue what I was doing,his gaze never leaving
Not even for a second.
30 minutes later I had successfully removed the chip from the man's ear and wrapped it in a clear transparent bag
"With this out he won't die, you can question him all you want that's ..if he will talk of course"
"He doesn't have a choice"
Kyle said with great excitement in his eyes as he picked up some twisted weapons from the counter and approached him slowly
"Let's go" Asher block me from the view but I could already hear the screams of the man
Back at home I was busy taking apart the chip and working on something, Asher had agreed to lend me his home office for the time being so I was doing it when I heard a voice
"What are you doing?"
"I'm trying to figure out how they're able to connect to this device even though they are far away and remodeled it to my own liking"
I said without removing my eyes from what I was doing
"Hmm is there anything I can do to help?"
"No not really, you're going to distract me"
"Are you trying to say I'm a distraction"
"A very big one while we're at it" I looked up at him and smiled, he then chuckled
"If you say so"
he got up and the next second he hug me from my back nuzzling my neck giving me butterfly kisses
"What are you doing?" I giggled
"My job...you said the only thing I could do for you is distract you so I planned to do just that"
I giggled and continued but he's was making it so hard to focus.
Soon his hand slowly tracing from my legs all the way to my thighs stopping just beneath my shirt I was wearing an oversized t-shirt and an underwear beneath it and his long fingers were dancing on the hems of it meanwhile he other hand slowly made it's way to my breast leaving a burning hot trail wherever he passed finally he reach his destination and gave the nipple's a gentle squeeze.
Suddenly he's other hand that have been playing since halted then he slipped his fingers all the way through,a sharp gasp had barely escape my lips when I felt his firmly on mine;hot, passionate,filled with a burning desire and lust that could be barely contained but I could tell he was restricting a bit
My body was hot burning with fiery desire as I deepened the kiss craving for more, barely able to contain it anymore I let out a soft moan I bit my lips to prevent more coming out but then he turned my neck to him kissing me softly and when he finally pulled back he went back to my ears giving it a soft bite and kisses
"Moan more I want to hear your sweet voice, you understand?"
He said in a low seductive voice, his hot breath tingling on my skin, I nodded my mind already hazy at this point
"Good, you're wet"
He gave a dark smirk before suddenly lifting me up and drop me right on the bed ripping the shirt apart I couldn't care less about the shirt,he kissed me briefly before moving to the down nibbling on one breast while squeezing the other one I squirm underneath my toes curling up then he proceeded to down.... Lower he kiss from the breast all the way down with each kiss he pulled my underwear till it fell to the ground then i felt it....his hot tongue made my whole body shudder from the impact and soon my room was filled with moans then he stood for a brief minute before I felt something hard poking me, my eyes widen before I could say something I felt it push hard inside me I gasped so loudly and gripped the bedsheet, the feeling was pure pleasure and ecstasy with a little bit of tingling pain and with each thrust my moan just grew louder and he faster to the point I couldn't take it
"Asher.... Please" I said in a pleading voice
Immediately he stop and looked at me
"What is it,am I too rough" he said in a low hoarse voice almost sounded guilty
I shook my head couldn't even get the words out,my thoughts scattered everywhere.
"Is your first time?" He said softly as he glanced at the now stained bedsheet
He came out as a question but obviously he has already figured it out. He stood up and went to the kitchen.
"Is he mad with me?"
I wondered cause why would he just leave like that probably he's mad to the point he doesn't want to talk to me anymore with each minute he didn't return my mind was coming up with different questions and possibilities then finally after 5 minutes to door pushed open and he came with a bowl of warm water and a cloth
"Spread your legs"
he said softly then dipped the clothes in the water and gently clean it with utmost care, neither of us said anything till he did
"I'm sorry,I shouldn't have been so rough..... I didn't know"
I nodded not really knowing how to respond after another minute of silence I broke it
"Are you mad with me?" I said softly
He looked up and met my gaze
"Why would I be mad"
" I don't know... Maybe I'm a first timer or something like that"
I lowered my head in embarrassment,he reach out and gently lift my chin
"I'm not mad at you Alexia if anything I'm secretly glad but the thing is I should have asked your permission before I did anything"
"Yeah you probably should have" I joked
"I'II have to compensate you for that" he said with a sly smirk
"Oh? Are how are you planning on compensating me " I yawned
"Don't worry you'll find out soon enough but as for now let's go to bed".
