"How do you break free from frozen time?" Katarina asked, looking up at Sai, who stood beside her.
"Yeah," Sai replied with a nod.
A faint smile crossed Katarina's face.
"I'm pretty sure you can already do it. Basically, there are two kinds of time freeze."
She rose to her feet, and a translucent hologram sprang to life before them, displaying floating diagrams and flowing lines that represented the movement of space and time.
"The first method is the acceleration of a person's spiritual time flow." She pointed toward the first illustration. "When an object or individual approaches the speed of light, time slows to the point where it effectively stops from their perspective."
Sai watched the hologram carefully as Katarina continued. "This method is mostly used by warriors who rely on magic. Rather than freezing the world itself, they accelerate themselves to such an extreme degree that everything else appears frozen."
She then gestured toward the second diagram.
