He pressed a finger to his lips in a silent "shh" gesture toward the Den Den Mushi, instructing it to stay put and simply listen.

The little creature blinked its eyes, still mimicking Du Feld's voice from the other end: "Good. Since you understand your position—"

But on a certain New World island, Du Feld's own Den Den Mushi was mimicking Liam's voice, which cut in coldly:

"I'll give you face, so you can listen carefully to the sound of this fat, bald pig turning into fireworks."

Du Feld froze, stunned into silence.

Then, from the Den Den Mushi's mouth came Liam's laughter, followed by a sudden, deafening "BOOM!"

Du Feld's face turned ice-cold.

Back on the island of real gold and silver, Liam had kicked the screaming bald man high into the air with a single, brutal strike.

"W-What…?!" The King was utterly dumbfounded. Was this pirate truly insane?! Did he really just provoke the King of Loans himself?!

Liam glanced down and saw one of the man's fat legs still pinned under the rubble. "Oh—my bad, left his leg behind."

"My God… is that—?"

The wounded guards and Marines looked up in shocked awe as countless streams of gold gathered in the sky above, forming a massive, dense pillar that glowed like a giant, pulsing golden club hanging in the air.

"GOLD?!"

The massive column of solid gold, impossibly fluid, arced down like a colossal bat striking a ball, slamming the soaring merchant. It sent him hurtling over the palace, a tiny, rapidly shrinking speck aimed straight toward the sea.

Beside it, B.I.B. floated effortlessly in the air, the golden club hovering nearby. It silently watched the tiny glimmer vanish over the horizon with a faint ding.

Back in the palace ruins, the Den Den Mushi's "face" turned frigid again, speaking in the ruthless tone fitting for the King of Loans.

But Liam wasn't listening, he casually picked the Den Den Mushi back up, patted its little head, and muttered, "Man, your face turning into his makes this feel… weirdly awkward to pet. Whatever, I'm hanging up now. Talk later."

A brilliant golden column fell from the sky with a thunderous BOOM, slamming into the palace ruins right next to the Den Den Mushi.

"Hey! Are you even listeni—"

The resulting explosion drowned everything in dust and debris. The Den Den Mushi screamed, cursed, and shouted furiously, until Liam casually flipped the receiver shut.

Connection terminated.

The Den Den Mushi's furious expression instantly vanished, replaced by a calm, almost Buddhist serenity in Liam's hand.

Meanwhile, on the New World island, Du Feld's chest heaved with suppressed rage. His hand trembled slightly as he held the receiver, until, finally, he roared and smashed it onto the floor!

"Giorno… Giovanna!!"

As the King of Loans raged, the Den Den Mushi on his desk quietly climbed down, picked up the unharmed receiver, and neatly reattached it to the communications set on its back. Then, just as silently, it climbed back onto the desk.

"Was that… gold?" "I swear, I just saw a ton of gold flying across the sky…"

"Flew all the way to the royal palace…" "Are there still gold mines left on this island?!"

As B.I.B. swept across the entire island carrying a sky full of gold, the residents of one town after another could only stare up in dumbfounded awe.

Within the royal city, on the mountainside before the palace, countless people who had been fighting each other bloody moments ago all froze mid-battle.

A towering golden pillar stood upright beside the palace on the high slope, and under the rising morning sun, it gleamed brilliantly, reflecting dazzling rays of gold.

Robin raised a hand to shade her eyes and smiled. "That's way too big, Little Green definitely can't fit that in."

Liam chuckled. "You'll have to blame B for that. Who told it to haul in so much all at once?"

He walked toward the massive golden pillar and gestured to the hovering black-armored Stand that floated nearby with its arms crossed. The Stand lifted a finger, and molten gold began to flow within the pillar. From it, a golden staff slowly emerged, detaching from the column and flying into Liam's hand. He caught it and weighed it experimentally.

Robin took out the Green Den Den Mushi, retrieved a black iron rod from the small fortress inside its shell, and tossed it toward Liam. His weapon was absurdly heavy, but having trained on Kujai Island, Robin managed to throw it with ease.

Liam caught it, black staff in his left hand, golden one in his right.

B.I.B. understood at once. It raised its hand again, and the golden staff in Liam's right hand melted instantly, flowing like liquid mercury. It streamed across, coiling around the black rod in dense, spiraling patterns. Within moments, the black rod had transformed, its surface now engraved with intricate, glowing golden designs.

Liam gripped the new staff, twirled it twice through the air, and threw his head back with a hearty laugh.

Robin just stared, completely lost on why Liam seemed so excited. Wasn't it just a gilded stick? And honestly, it wasn't that different from before, still just a weapon.

The King, once drunk but now completely sober, looked around blankly at the ruins, the ground littered with the battered, unconscious bodies of CP agents, and at the enormous golden pillar that had descended from the heavens. These two great pirates had even casually cut off their connection with the Loan Shark King mid-call, and now looked like they had no intention of acknowledging them further as they prepared to leave…

"This…" The King stood frozen, not knowing what to do.

"Oh, right." Liam turned back suddenly, making the King and his men flinch. But all he did was rap his knuckles lightly against the golden pillar and grin.

"Let's just call this compensation for all the damage we did to your palace, huh? Hahaha!"

Ignoring the stunned royals, Liam and Robin left with confident strides. Soon, they found Ross tending to Gance, who was also battered and covered in wounds.

Gance sat dazed in a corner, lost in thought. Ross hugged her knees beside him, eyes red and puffy, clearly, she'd been crying.

When Liam and Robin arrived, before Ross could speak, Liam said, "Let's move to another place first."

Ross thought they were going to store her and Gance inside the Green Den Den Mushi, but instead, Liam grabbed Gance under one arm, and Robin picked Ross up by the shoulders. The two stepped into the air, and with a crisp, violent snap that warped the air, they shot forward dozens of meters, using a combination of Soru and Geppo.

Before long, the four of them were soaring high above, then quietly landed on the opposite end of the island.

Ross wobbled a bit after touching down. Though she could float using her Pipe-Pipe Fruit, she'd never flown like that before, so wildly fast it made her dizzy.

The black battle armor overlapping Robin's body separated and stood beside her as a shadowy figure.

Gance, meanwhile, collapsed onto the ground, looking up as Liam smiled and asked, "Judging by that expression, looks like you've sobered up?"

Gance glanced at Ross and gave a bitter smile. "More or less… It was because of her…"

Ross huffed. "I told you, I'm Ross!"

Gance blinked at her face.

Ross sighed, even more frustrated. "I just changed my appearance, that's all…"

She looked up as Robin asked curiously, "You haven't changed back yet?"

Ross groaned. "I tried! But I almost made it worse, uglier and weirder! How exactly did Giorno 'eat' me? I can't seem to do what he does…"
