Luo Xiu gazed at Wuxing Chuan. "What does this Heavenly Dao Alliance do?"
"It's an alliance formed by several top powers to accomplish a specific goal," Wuxing Chuan replied. "Our Five Elements Heavenly Palace is one of them. As for Luo Hao's status within the alliance, he's nothing more than a pawn, a dog. The task the Heavenly Dao Alliance wants to complete requires him."
He added, "I know you're going to ask what they're planning, but I honestly don't know. Even I'm not yet qualified to access that level of information."
