Each Black List powerhouse is stronger than ordinary Tribulation Transcenders, and even stronger than the Heavenly Realm Guard!
Black List powerhouses may not all be exiled immortals, but they are at least Proud Sons of Heaven!
Without the prowess of a Proud Son of Heaven, it's nearly impossible to escape death at the hands of the Heavenly Realm Guard.
And one certainly wouldn't qualify to be on the Black List!
