The human tactics are actually not complicated.
Nor can they be very complex.
In the process of combating the Chaos Demon Army, killing the enemy leader is a very effective tactic to gain a significant advantage.
The human armies are much better in this regard, with a higher degree of organization, usually relying on the entire system rather than individual officers/leaders.
If the main general is sacrificed, there are deputies, chief of staff, deputy chief of staff, and a series of successors that can fill in. Even if all are dead, replacements can be found from lower-ranking officers.
The human army has such a complete system of ranks and duties to solve this problem.
The Chaos army also has similar structures, but they are not as systematic as the human side.
