Xia Nuan glanced sideways at Xicheng's face for a few seconds, then her gaze fell on her son. She tucked the little guy in and stood up, speaking softly.
"He won't wake up for a while, let's go down and eat!"
So, the two of them quietly stepped out of the room. Xicheng glanced at Niannian on the bed, still feeling a bit uneasy.
"You wait upstairs, and I'll bring the food to the side hall."
Upstairs, there's a small side hall not far from the bedroom, so if the child makes any noise, both of them can hear it.
"I'll go with you."
Xia Nuan followed along, and they went downstairs together.
One of them carried the plates, and the other took the dining table, moving the food to the small table in the upstairs hall together.
"Do you want some wine?" Xicheng asked.
"This..." Xia Nuan originally wanted to refuse, but after thinking about it, she changed her mind, "Just a little, I don't hold my liquor well."
"Alright."
