Delilah's eyes came to rest on the snowy bunny on Ashley's shoulder after wandering a bit.
"We don't have everything good or the best, but we keep pushing. Bread is as much as we can afford most times. On a good day, we get potatoes."
"Oh really?" Ashley turned to face her, a smile forming at the corner of her lips.
Delilah nodded.
Ashley stood up and held her hand out to the girl. The bunny on her shoulder disintegrated into smog and quickly retracted into her hair, returning it to its silver hue.
"Come, let me show you something."
In the blink of an eye, white smog enveloped both of them, swiftly transporting them from the garage house to the middle of what appeared to be a busy market.
"The market?" Delilah raised an eyebrow at Ashely as soon as they arrived.
"Pretty interesting, I know," Ashley smirked and began walking forward. "Come with me."
Practically clueless, Delilah hurried to catch up with her.
