Now that the whole company knew that they were married, Xu Kai was more doting that even the employees were confused if this man was really their cold boss. Cheng Xiao did not mind the gossip that spread around the company.
The car pulled in front of the company and Xu Kai came out and went to open the door for Cheng Xaio and held out his hand. Cheng Xiao took is hand and together they walked into the office together. Cheng Xiao was not afraid anymore when Xu Kai kissed her lips when the elevator reached her floor.
"I will see you later." Xu Kai said and pressed his lips on hers.
"You have lipstick on you." Cheng Xiao said moving to wipe it off.
"Leave it on, it will remind me of you when I see my reflection." Xu Kai said.
"That is so corny." Cheng Xiao said.
"Give me one last kiss." Xu Kai said and Cheng Xiao stood on her toes and gave him a peck on the lips.
Cheng Xiao walked out of the elevator and walked to her department; she entered and sat down on her desk. The head came in as well and called her to come to his office.
"You wanted to see me?" She asked when she stepped into the office.
"I wanted to tell you that the collection that you created has been sold out, everyone is loving them and they want more." He spoke.
"They did?" She asked in shock.
"Yes, do you have more designs?" He asked.
"Yes, I even have ones I did when I was still in university." Cheng Xiao said.
"That would be nice." He spoke.
Cheng Xiao left the office with a huge smile on her face.
"Did you win a lottery? Not that you need it." Su Li asked.
"No, he said that the collection I designed has been sold off and people want more." Cheng Xiao said still with a smile.
"I am so happy for you." Su Li said and gave her a side hug.
"So, what is the plan?" Su Li asked.
"I am planning on completing the design that my uncle left unfinished." Cheng Xiao said.
"You mean those ones, they said he left it to his niece?" Su Li asked.
"Yes, when he got ill, he had told me that he left them for me to finish them. He was designing even on his last day. He loved design more than anything, and none of his kids loved designing. My cousin is neurosurgeon, she said she was never good with fashion." Cheng Xiao said.
