After that, everything stopped feeling continuous.
At one point, she heard voices again...
Then there was movement.
Hands on her arms.
Lifting her.
She tried to open her eyes, but her body refused to cooperate.
The effort barely registered before everything blurred,light, stone, shapes of people bending over her.
Someone said something about her condition, another voice answered, but none of it stayed long enough to anchor her.
Darkness took her again.
When she came back next, she was somewhere else.
Not the dungeon. That much she could tell, even through the haze.
The surface beneath her was softer, uneven in a different way.
She tried to move, but her body felt too heavy, as if it didn't fully belong to her anymore.
A cool cloth touched her forehead. She flinched weakly, not sure why.
A voice spoke nearby, too soft to fully understand.
Later, there was motion. Gentle swaying. She was being carried, or transported.
