Luan teleported back to the mansion with Lily and headed to his room. As soon as he walked in, he found Mikoto lying on his bed, reading a book. She wasn't reading one of his books, but one written by another author.
An unknown author.
"What book is that?"
"It's by an author who debuted recently. A lot of people have started writing lately because of you."
"I see. Is it good?"
"No..." Mikoto let out a small laugh before continuing. "The writing isn't even remotely similar to yours. The quality is far lower. The story is also kind of confusing. This author tried to create a new world like you did, but none of it makes any sense."
The title of the book Mikoto was reading was *The Freezing Cold of the Blue Kingdom.*
The title alone failed to catch Luan's interest.
*Should I read some books written by the people of this world? They were probably heavily inspired by me.* After thinking for a while, Luan decided that the next time he visited Elma, he would get a few books to read.
While Mikoto remained lying on the bed, absorbed in her book, Luan went to the bathroom and took a shower.
After finishing his shower, he met up with Lily again. Since they hadn't had enough fun in Melen, he decided to take her out for dinner. After such a long time, he chose to eat at the Hostess of Fertility.
He took Lily's hand, and the two of them teleported to an alley near the restaurant. As soon as they stepped inside, Syr approached Luan with a smile on her face.
"Welcome. It's been a while since I've seen you."
Lily looked at Syr suspiciously but said nothing.
"I'm happy to see you too, Syr." Luan smiled back at her.
Lily glanced back and forth between Luan and Syr.
*What's the relationship between those two? Did Luan sleep with this woman too?*
The two were then led to a table and took their seats.
After sitting down and placing their orders, Lily asked,
"What's your relationship with that woman?"
Luan, knowing that the woman was actually Freya, replied,
"Hmm... it's complicated."
He also thought to himself,
*What's she doing here? Did she know I'd come here today? Who's taking care of Vanir?*
"Did you sleep with her?" Lily asked.
Luan smiled.
"What? Are you jealous?"
"Hm? Of course not. I'm just curious. I've never seen you with her before, so I want to know how you two met."
"I've slept with her a few times. Well, I used to come to this restaurant a lot, so we naturally got closer."
Hearing that, Lily said,
"I keep forgetting how easily you win women over."
"It's not my fault I'm so handsome," Luan replied with a laugh.
Soon afterward, several people approached their table asking Luan for autographs. He signed a few books with a smile, treating everyone warmly.
Watching Luan interact so kindly with everyone, Lily smiled.
*He's really loved by everyone, isn't he?*
She let out a quiet sigh and took a sip of her drink.
Eventually, everyone left them alone, and Luan sighed.
"This is exhausting."
"I thought you enjoyed interacting with your fans."
"It's fun, but it's exhausting."
"I see."
Lily and Luan continued talking, and before long, Syr returned with their food. Before stepping away from the table, she leaned close to Luan's ear and whispered,
"You should come tonight instead of spending your time with this little girl."
She spoke loudly enough for Lily to hear.
Lily's blood boiled, but she said nothing.
She tried to stay calm, chewing her meat while staring at Syr.
The two women exchanged glances, and Luan thought to himself,
'Freya is an interesting woman...'

Luan and Lily continued talking while they ate until Lily finally asked,
"About what you showed me on your computer... I've been curious about it."
Ever since she had seen it, she hadn't been able to stop thinking about it.
Besides, she had realized Luan was hiding something.
"I told you, it's nothing important. Don't think too much about it."
"I'm sure you're hiding something." Lily smiled at Luan.
To Lily, Luan was a mysterious man. She knew nothing about his past. Whenever someone asked where he came from, he always said he was from a place very far away.
On top of that, he was an incredibly powerful adventurer who kept growing stronger, and he also had several strange things in his room. Things she had never seen before, like the computer and the laptop Mikoto was using.
"I'm not hiding anything," Luan said before taking another bite of his food.
"I've never really asked much about your past, have I? I'm curious. You always say you came to Orario from far away, but you've never told me where you were born."
"I don't want to talk about it," Luan answered bluntly.
He didn't want to tell anyone about his old world, not now.
Maybe someday he would.
But now?
Impossible.
In fact, he wasn't even sure whether he would ever have the courage to tell his wives about the existence of other worlds.
"Why?"
"I don't have good memories of where I was born. Besides, you wouldn't even understand what I was talking about."
"You once told me that your computer came from where you were born, didn't you? That thing called headphones did too. There are a lot of strange things in that room."

"Like I said, I don't want to talk about it," Luan replied calmly. He wasn't annoyed that Lily kept asking questions about it. There was no reason to be.
"You're only making me more curious..."
But realizing that Luan truly didn't want to discuss the subject, Lily decided to change it.
As curious as she was, she had to respect the wishes of the man she loved.
