Many people in the crowd were shocked in awe to see the Emperor standing in the ring. Although they obviously had no way of knowing who he truly was or any of his backstory, people were unsure about what to make of this surprising turn of events.
"Let's not waste any time and get this thing started already!" Gou said as he raised his sword.
"I couldn't agree more, but I think a change of venue would be for the best." Toro replied.
The two men clashed and their impact sent them flying into space. This left all of the spectators in the arena unable to see how the fight would unfold.
"Do you think that Toro will be alright?" Erik asked. "I mean the Emperor can't be that strong right? I've never been able to sense his aura anytime that we've been to the capital."
"That's true, but now that he's left I can finally see the true scope of his aura. His aura is so great that it can't be sensed from nearby, and from far away it blends in with the aura of the rest of the planet. It's kind of like how you can't see how big the ocean is while you're in the middle of it." Hezikiah explained.
"Really? That's insane. Do you think Toro has a chance then?"
"Maybe. I've doubted Toro before and he's always been able to exceed my expectations. That being said, he might really be in trouble this time."
The Emperor and Toro brawled as they tumbled through space. Their battle was so intense that it extinguished the stars in the sea of stars as they passed by. Eventually, the two crashed into an uninhabited rocky planet and flattened it with the impact.
"Nice! Now that's what I'm talking about!" Toro shouted excitedly.
"Spear Form: Single Point Spear Hand!!!!!"
The spear hand thrust from Toro ripped through Gou Haku Mei's chest. However, the damage healed itself immediately.
"Bahaha! That was one of my strongest attacks and it didn't even make a scratch! Nice! Very nice!"
"Same to you! I crashed you into the this planet and completely pancaked it, but you seem right as rain."
"If my strongest attacks have no effect then I have no choice, but to get stronger right here! Right now!"
"Yes! That's what I like to hear!"
"Treasured Spear Form: Gae Bolg!!!!!"
"Crimson Eruption!!!!!"
The Emperor's special ability is called, The King's Overpowered, it essentially has the same effect as Black Mask's ability with a few extra powers. Not only does his ability enhance his physical and aura abilities it also grants him the ability to freely manipulate his aura into any kind of attack that he chooses. In addition to that, he's been constantly gaining power every second he's been alive for over five centuries.
The two attacks clashed and the impact obliterated the already crushed planet that they were standing on. The Emperor had received a wound to his shoulder, but Toro's arm had been completely crushed. Although both men were able to heal the damage instantly.
The brutal melee continued between the two men as their bodies were continually being crushed and then healed as the fight went on. There brutal battle gave both men an unparalleled feeling of, bliss.
"I love my sons, I love my brothers, my comrades and my people, but I…" Toro thought as he fought.
"I loved my friend and his sister too. I've enjoyed women and wine and extravagance for centuries, but I…" Gou Haku Mei thought at the same time.
"… would throw it all away!! For just one more moment of this fight!!!!!" Both men thought in unison. "Bones breaking, blood pumping, heart pounding, ecstasy! Ecstasy! ECSTASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Both men had completely lost themselves to their epic clash as their battle continued. Eventually the continued clash of power would even shatter the very boundary between space and time.
