"Master" A shadow guard walked in taking a slight bow after getting Damon's invitation to come in.
"speak" Under the dim light, Damon's face couldn't be seen clearly as he twirled a wine glass, the contents in it couldn't be discovered at a glance.
only those close to him knew it contained blood.
"Chen sent his daughter to discuss with you. She's outside" he explained
"let her in" Damon spoke indifferently.
This was a high end club and he could vaguely guess what that old fox wanted to do. The door was knock few minutes after his shadow guard left and a coquettish voice sounded outside the door.
"Mr grey, may I come in?"
The man didn't speak.
He leaned comfortably on the sofa, his finger tapping the glass rhythmically with a playful smirk on his lip.
"come in" his deep hoarse voice sounded and the door was pushed open.
A slender figure all dressed up seductively came into view, her eyes on the man who had his legs crossed looking indifferent.
She had a look of surprise and astonishment when she saw his lean figure and a beautiful smile spread on her lip as though she had won a lottery.
"miss chen are you here to discuss business or to stare?" Damon was straightforward,his tone slightly impatient
"sorry about that" Chen Whitney apologized but it wasn't sincere. she tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, walking towards the man before taking a seat next to him.
"Let's get straight to business" Damon sat up, put down the wine class and settled his gaze on Whitney which made her blush "your father talked to me. He's interested in cooperating with G group on noble heart project, since he has sent you here, he should have given you his reasons for cooperating, I need an explanation"
"well.." Whitney smiled coyly, playing with a strand of her hair, her eyes fixated on Damon "he sent me here to please you and you guys can have a discussion tomorrow"
"I see Chen doesn't take this cooperation seriously" his eyes dimmed "you may leave" he dismissed.
Whitney on the other hand was slightly annoyed as she had dressed herself up after finding out about her father's cooperation with the CEO of the biggest company in the country.
She had secretly arranged meeting Damon and she was surprised to find out that he was even more handsome than male idols on TV drama and now he wouldn't even look at her.
