The other two charged straight for Ning Xuan and Si Lanyi. To prevent any unforeseen problems, it was best to kill them now and be done with it.

Ning Xuan gathered all of his Element Force and True Blood, fully activating the Xuan Wu Divine Meridian to protect Si Lanyi, but he immediately sensed something was wrong. Looking closely, he saw another figure standing before them—a trembling silhouette on the verge of collapse!
It was Zhongli Ruoruo! She hadn't left at all!
"Are you insane? Why did you come back?!" Ning Xuan and Si Lanyi hissed almost simultaneously.
"You both noticed something was off with me, but even at a life-or-death moment, you never considered sacrificing me. How could I possibly leave you?" Zhongli Ruoruo didn't turn around, but her voice carried clearly to them.
