Unfortunately, the mesh of the net was too large and Little Squirrel too small. They brushed past him one by one, yet no one noticed him squatting on a tree along their path.
The green leaves rustled, perfectly concealing him within.
Little Squirrel was very confused.
Cocking his head, he looked left and right, unsure where to go.
He had just sensed his master's presence on the bespectacled man; by following this scent, he should be able to find his master.
But after so much effort to locate the place, he realized it wasn't the villa where his master had lived before.
Moreover, there was no trace of the Great Demon King's presence here!
Since his master and the Great Demon King were always together, Little Squirrel thought long and hard, concluding that he must have gone to the wrong place.
