Anthony sat stunned; he simply couldn't believe what he was seeing. Not that he doubted their existence, but just that Eternal Apex beings stood at the absolute top, he could never have guessed that an Organization would deploy one to act as a security guard at the Wall. Although it was understandable given the sheer number of people here, after all, they were in the millions, and that was without exaggeration.
As Anthony stared at the woman who sat on the high wall, she suddenly turned her eyes towards him as though she sensed something, her eyes locking with Anthony's for a moment.
'Did she sense me reading her Cultivation rank?' Anthony thought to himself, after all, there wasn't any guarantee that using Thought Conception meant that no one could sense what he did. Some people were simply too sensitive, especially people at the pinnacle.
