As his head soared into the air, only one question echoed within the woman's head; How?
She hadn't known how Anthony had broken her control over his Acceleration. But it didn't matter now, she was dead. She couldn't help but curse; she had died because she had been caught off guard while trying to catch her opponent off guard.
And with that, her body hit the ground with a thud, her head following as it struck the ground, then rolled forward like a ball.
Anthony didn't look back. He had already sheathed his katana the moment he decapitated the woman, his body still streaking towards the injured Ancient Behemoth. He arrived before it in less than a split second, his hand shooting forward like a sword as he moved to tear through the Behemoth's stomach with chilling ease.
The moment Anthony's hand connected with the Ancient Behemoth's back, his fingers and wrists instantly shattered, blood splattering into the air, bones snapping like twigs.
Null Anthony had been injured.
