As people watched with their breath abated, the rays of the light slowly turned into wings of bright light!

The air cackled as a pair of wings unfolded!

Then the earth trembled as the second pair unfurled!

Then as if the heavens itself felt the rise of power, thunders echoed out as lightning begun to strike wantonly!

People cried and prayed as they saw the three pairs of wings made out of light shine brightly from the dark skies.
They kneeled, prostrated themselves unto the ground crying and praying for forgiveness and give them pity to continue to live on!
The common people saw the end of the world just a moment ago.
For them, it felt like God was punishing the whole world and was smiting them.
And now the six winged light of God had arrived and they finally saw what appears to them as the last hope God had given them.

The light then turned into a six winged light that brought hope to all of the people!

An old man arrived at the place where the catastrophic event had started.

Trembling, he ran towards the center of the crater.

He knelt on the ground and repeated his words as he hugged the body on the ground.
The body on the ground was a man with golden hair.
Sharp features and his upper body was naked.
There were countless wounds in his body.
An unassuming claymore was still at his hands gripped tightly despite clearly being already dead!
This man was King Xander Macedon! The 9th King of the kingdom Of Excalibur!
The man who was known as the strongest king in existence!
The King who stopped the world war alone.
And the man named as the Sword God!
But now he was nothing more than a corpse in the hand of his mentor and former king, king Baldwin.
King Baldwin, trembling and sobbing.
Slowly stood up carrying the body of King Xander.

Walking slowly he whispered.

Slowly and still crying, King Baldwin walked towards the direction of the Capital of Excalibur Kingdom, Aether City.

But as King Baldwin walked.
He noticed something from the ground.
A dark red lik substance.
Trailing from the center of the crater towards east!

Shaking, he looked at the direction of east.
He had been overwhelmed by the sight of his apprentice that he hadn't noticed the distorted space nearly two hundred meters away from the center of the crater!

With urgency and panic, he hurriedly vanished from the area carrying the body of his beloved disciple!
