Hello everyone! Shiro here. And today I've come with news.
I have decided to officially discontinue Descent to the beginning.
This decision came to me as a hard decision to make, but I feel like it is the best decision I will be making.
I have almost no time to write new chapters because of my studies and rarely have any ideas on what to write and thus I end up going on hiatuses till I get ideas.
But right now... It finally came to me that the story I'm telling here is not a story I find interesting to tell anymore.
Mentally I'm not doing well and no matter how hard I tried to write for DTTB I couldn't.
and though this decision may come out of thin air, I had taken a 2 month break just to think where I want the story's direction to go and how the events should unfold.
So genuinely I can't bring myself to write a story where even I don't know what to do with it.
Did I have plans to conclude the story by mid 2026? Yes but that was because I had a feeling I could work out this story.
So I apologize for not being able to give you a proper conclusion and thus I feel like a failure of a writer.
I also apologize for not being able to grant an enjoyable story.
