Roxas's POV
After that, we returned to our campsite exhausted and reeling from that giant scorpion's attack. While resting up, I discussed to them that we should return back to Kanagawa this afternoon because of two things:
School tomorrow
An EECK church service in Tagalog at 5 p.m. that he wanted to attend to make up for not attending the English/Japanese one this morning. They agreed with that and set their departure time at 3 p.m. this hapon.
But, later at noon, while Shuto and Minato are making our lunch on two campfires, I was scrolling through my YouTube feed on my smartphone (for some strange and wtf-is-that reason, Anko acted as a "Wi-Fi" for my phone and laptop) when I saw something I shouldn't: an 11-minute-long video contain an analog horror story involving the planets becoming evil on the humans.
I became frozen, and my mind yelled "no" in 17 languages:
Vietnamese: Không!
Khmer: ទេ! - Te!
Tagalog: Hindi!
Kapampangan: Ali!
Spanish: ¡No!
Turkish: Hayır!
Greek: Όχι - Óchi!
Hungarian: Nem!
Romanian: Nu!
Japanese: いいえ! - Īe!
Urdu: نہیں! - Nihen!
Persian: !نه - Nah!
Maltese: Le!
Bengali: না! - Na!
Malayalam: ഇല്ല! - Illa!
Korean: 아니요! - Aniyo!
Gujarati: ના! - Naa!
Anko was alerted and summoned an HUD on my memory files, only for the screen to have windows of the language flags from my other memory files to block the video.
The spirit of Sachi-chan appeared and worried for me.
"Unacceptable heresy of all heresies!" my mind hissed.
"Are you okay, Ro-kun?" Minato asked when looked at me.
I did not say anything, and I just refreshed my YouTube feed and put down my phone.
I then pulled my laptop from my inventory (I put it there because my backpack was filled with my camping supplies. I had charged it to a full batterya last night, so it was good without a charger needed. I opened a new Microsoft Word Document and typed the title and premise for a new restorationist story.
The title? A Satire to Analog Horror I.
I am not sure if I could write a second volume to my satire series, so I put the Roman numeral just in case I could add a new one in the near, near future.
"Are you okay, Roxas-kun?" Shuto asked. "You seemed to have seen a ghost, and I don't mean Anko-kun and Sachi-chan."
"Just an analog horror video I saw and was traumatized by its plot by just not playing the weedjio." I typed the premise of my story. "Don't look up for it, or if you do, do it at your own risk."
"Man, our resident Baptist preacher with a Wesleyan conviction just ran back to his metaphorical pulpit to deliver another sermon of literary restoration." Anko chuckled.
"This kid is so strange…" Eiji commented.
I can tell that Sachi-chan was thinking how strange I was on writing my stories and my preferences for YouTube video.
We ate our lunch after that, and after that mealtime, we took a nap for one hour to recharge. By 1 p.m., we woke up and packed up our camping equipment into our backpacks and individual inventories. We then grinded some mobs for XPs and awesome loot. Minato's bad luck on getting more Boruto mangas continued, and he ended up selling them to players who were venturing through the area for 1 hundred Gold Yen a piece. I, meanwhile, had a couple of "Mission: Yozakura Family" mangas, and I shared 2 of them to Minato so he would feel better.
After that, we went back to Kiyokawa through the Shiomizu Bridge and took a bus to Banda Station, where we rode a train back to Kanagawa Ward.
