Duan Yi thought, if you're going to play, play a more interesting game, so he didn't follow Jia Xuan's suggestion of picking the strongest and weakest trainees for her to guide the weakest against the strongest.
The two trainees Duan Yi chose were both blank slates.
These trainees were newly recruited, physically fit, but their skills were still a blank slate.
Duan Yi said to Gong Lingtuo and Jia Xuan next to him, "Each of you pick one trainee, guide them separately, and we'll see the results later."
Jia Xuan was excited, but Gong Lingtuo looked at Duan Yi with disdain, "How jealous are you of my wife, huh?"
Duan Yi was intentionally causing trouble for their marriage. He usually accommodates his young wife in everything, so the question was now, how should he teach his trainee, to win or not to win?
Not winning would be failing his duty; winning would upset his young wife.
Duan Yi, that wicked old bachelor.
Duan Yi smiled mischievously, but said nothing.
