"Darling, where did you hide the bedding just now?"
George sat at the foot of the bed, looking at her with such an intense gaze that it could easily be mistaken for fierceness.
Heather froze for a moment and then smiled mischievously, "Do you really want to sleep on the floor?"
Her innocent and flawless smile made George feel ashamed and also torment him. He quietly took a deep breath and asked, "I'm sick with a cold, feeling unwell, afraid of infecting you. Please quickly tell me, where's the bedding?"
"Are you sick?"
