I can't tell if this is a sprinkler truck or a municipal greening irrigation vehicle.
The ladies grew alert. Seeing the truck not washing the road but instead spraying the greenery, they knew it was targeting them. They boldly stepped onto the road, linking arms to block the sprinkler truck's path.
The sprinkler truck stopped, rolled down a window, and a worker stuck his head out to shout at the ladies: "Road law enforcement, please cooperate!"
"Is this how you do sprinkling?"
"The road is dry, why are you spraying the greenery?"
"The greenery is wilting, the ground is bare, dust is flying, affecting driving safety, that's why we're spraying the greenery."
"Greening is municipal management, since when did it become your road admin's business?"
