Third-person POV
After her conversation with Azaryon ended, Seraphina left the auditorium in a daze. Her mind was a complete mess. She had walked into that conversation without any expectations, and even when she started to have expectations, what she was expecting were answers about Electra's condition, but instead, she had left with even more questions than before.
The image of Azaryon's serious face refused to leave her thoughts, and neither did his warning. Every time she tried to convince herself that perhaps he was exaggerating, she remembered the certainty in his voice when he spoke about Electra's suffering. It had not sounded like a possibility, it had sounded like a guarantee.
