Grand Line – Paradise
Drum Island
"Fuck! Why won't this guy just die already?", Sanji comments, letting out a tired huff as he watches Aramaki fly over the area mounted on a strange creature.
"My throat is fucking dry, I need a bottle of Vodka!", Zoro says, in the moment just wanting to get wasted on Vodka until he passes out and then stays in a coma for a couple of days.
"Woof woof, woof woof woof! Woof woof woof woof!" "Son of a fucking bitch, broke my jaw! I'm going to rip and tear him to pieces!", Chouchou growls angrily, wanting the marine's blood.
Behind them, the two halves of the giant golem, totaling the size of a mountain, collide with the ground, the entire island trembling intensely from the impact, and meanwhile, the colossal sword, with the golem's hand still gripping it, pierces the ground deeply before stopping, more than half of its blade still sticking out. The island now had a colossal statue cut in half at the waist, headless, stretched across the island's length, with one of its hands still holding a giant sword stuck in the ground.
And then, a few moments later, while Aramaki flew over the area riding the Demogorgon dragon, the forest below, spanning for kilometers, pulses with life, moss and vegetation quickly covering the giant statue, giving it an ancient appearance, as if it had been there for a long time, like the two Sea Kings skulls in Little Garden.
The whole thing is, the moss was just the rebound effect, a symptom, the real thing was the entire forest around them moving, growing, and mutating, trying to swallow the three Straw Hats like a hungry beast, completely overwhelming them, to the point that they kind of forgot about the existence of the marine riding on the dragon's back flying over the area.
And so, the third phase of the battle begins, Aramaki's attacks rising up to a whole new level, the three Straw Hats constantly on the move, struggling to endure this new phase of the fight, which kept growing in scale the more time passed, getting closer and closer to the villages.
I mean, they were already overwhelmed by the number of attacks before, but the previous attacks weren't imbued with Haki, so it was possible to attack Aramaki while dealing with the attacks coming from all sides. But now, everything had escalated; the battle was taking on colossal proportions, if they didn't take down the marine soon, the entire island would be swallowed and wiped out by the fight.
Throughout all the time that passed, Aramaki, following a sort of modus operandi, alternated between flying low with his Demogorgon dragon so the creature could spit a variety of elements at the Straw Hats, whether it be poison, explosive sap, fire, high-pressure water, ice, or even lightning. And, jump into the chaos, entering in close combat with the three until he found himself overwhelmed and exhausted, because they just wouldn't go down and were only getting stronger, it was honestly getting ridiculous. And it was in those moments that he would retreat and jump back onto the dragon's back, fleeing the fight to rest.
With the Straw Hats, well, it was no longer possible to see the color of Zoro and Sanji's skin or hair; in that moment, they were just red and black silhouettes. The only piece of clothing left on them was their pants, completely torn and ragged. They no longer spoke, too tired to do anything other than fight, and even with their bodies full of wounds and bruises, their backs and wills remained intact, unshakable; they wouldn't fall or rest until they defeated the marine.
There's no denying, they were getting stronger with each passing second, at an impressive speed, but whenever it started to get easier, the difficulty increased, and they again found themselves overwhelmed, honestly, their bodies only kept standing because their minds refused to fall.
Now, Chouchou was in the same situation, not a single white hair could be seen on his body anymore; he was completely red. His super-regeneration helped; he had no injuries, but his body was exhausted beyond imagination. The thing with Chouchou was that he kept growing the stronger he got. These changes started out imperceptible, but as the fight went on, it became pretty much impossible not to notice his increase in height, especially after he reached forty meters, doubling in size in his full Zoan form.
And so the battle continues, until eventually, it ends up passing through a village, wiping it off the map, leaving nothing behind. The shockwaves from the blows tore all the houses from the ground before the Demogorgon dragon passed, making a low pass, trying to hit the three with its fire breath, disintegrating everything in its path, the living forest swallowing everything that remained.
The luck was that Sabo was in that village when the battle hit the location, so he evacuated all the civilians to the nearest village before the place was devastated.
"Hey, guys! You almost killed a lot of people, I don't know if you noticed!", Sabo shouts at the three, who were fighting far away, apparently not even noticing his presence.
No response, whether they were too tired to answer or not was a mystery. In reality, it wasn't even clear if they were still conscious, given the state their bodies were in.
"Are you guys okay? Need help dealing with this guy?", Sabo asks worried, seeing the condition of the three.
"Woof!" "No!" "No" "No", the three respond curtly, this fight was theirs, no one else's.
"Alright then, I guess that was an answer to the second question, huh? hmm... I think I better evacuate all the villages on the island and gather everyone in one place, better safe than sorry!", Sabo murmurs, deducing what they meant by that, and after realizing the fight wouldn't end anytime soon, he speaks again, more to himself than anyone else, disappearing using Soru shortly after.
And then, Sabo goes from village to village, quickly evacuating and bringing the remaining people, whether civilians or tied-up marines, to Bighorn Village, the village farthest from the fight, staying there to prevent the battle between the three and the marine from reaching the people.
While Sabo did that, the battle moved slowly, erratically in reality. Sometimes the fight would shift all at once to the other side of the island where there were no villages, and sometimes it would move dangerously close to a village, whether slowly, bit by bit, or all at once.
And finally, who knows how much time later, the playing field evens out completely. Aramaki had already been giving it his all for a while, growing in strength alongside the three Straw Hats, which is why the difficulty kept increasing for them whenever they got strong enough to level the game. He wasn't playing with them, far from it; this hadn't been a game for him in a long time. The marine just wanted to kill them as fast as possible. But unlike the three pirates with unshakable willpower, his will was "weak"; his mind was on the verge of collapsing, and his body on the verge of falling apart. It was only a matter of time. In the end, it all came down to which side had more willpower to keep standing and fighting.
We then arrive at the present moment, where Sanji, spinning like a top, his hands on the ground while his flaming legs spun in the air like helicopter blades, only at supersonic speed, looking like he was performing a breakdance move, murmurs, his voice almost inaudible, "Logi Jambe: Hell's Table Kick!!"
And then, his hellish kicks sweep all the Demodogs, carnivorous plants, vines, thorns, and wooden clones in a nearby radius that threatened to engulf him until a few seconds ago, incinerating them to atoms, opening a clearing around him.
But his attack doesn't limit itself to just this small clearing, no, flying flaming slashes shoot out from his still-spinning legs, ripping and incinerating everything in sight within a radius of kilometers, the blood-red flames of his Logi Jambe devouring everything in their path like a hungry beast, leaving nothing behind, his insatiable appetite.
And after gaining a bit of breathing room, Sanji turns to Aramaki, riding his dragon, coming his way, the creature then swoops down, tearing through the ground with its lightning breath. It looked like a laser beam as thick as a building, the thick, concentrated lightning making everyone's hair stand on end even from afar, scalding plasma forming as residue before dripping from its open mouth like a flower.
Upon seeing that colossal beast coming toward him, his head the size of the current Chouchou by comparison, Sanji, rather than run or stand there waiting for the dragon to wipe him off the map with its lightning breath, charges in his direction using Soru. The ground cracking beneath his steps, black smoke rising from his footprints, the shockwave from his movement hurling debris in all directions.
Getting close, Sanji jumps, just before the lightning breath, tearing through the ground, reaches him, the ground cracking before a giant crater forms from his leap. And then, using Soru and Geppo, he shoots toward Aramaki like a supersonic bullet.
His speed was such that the space around him distorts, catching fire, like a meteor entering a planet's atmosphere, his body seeming like a mass of incandescent plasma moving through space-time.
And then, like lightning bolt, Sanji passes by the dragon, ignoring it, striking Aramaki riding on its back with a flying flaming kick, and although the marine manages to block the kick crossing his Haki-coated arms, he is launched away like a runaway missile, breaking the sound barrier countless times, his arms completely charred.
And while Sanji follows him using Soru and Geppo, the dragon quickly turns around, ignoring the cook and shooting toward its creator. His wings mutating and transforming into something resembling rocket engines coated with Haki, before sap and gases mixed and ignited rapidly upon reaching those engines, producing extremely strong and concentrated flames that then propelled the creature forward at unimaginable speeds, quickly overtaking the Straw Hat.
Rewinding a bit in time, Chouchou, being covered by a mountain of vegetation, wooden clones, carnivorous plants, Demodogs, vines, and thorns, all trying to restrain and harm him, was ripping and tearing and biting everything in sight, his instincts guiding him. He was like a beast in berserker mode, ripping and disemboweling everything in his path until nothing was left, at which point his mind regained control of his body.
Around him, colossal mountains of bodies and remains of vegetation piled up, inert, without movement. Chouchou had torn and disemboweled so many things that nothing else came in his direction.
Panting like a thirsty dog, Chouchou disappears from where he was using Soru, going after Aramaki, who was flying off into the distance after being hit by Sanji's kick.
Now, with Zoro, like Madara fighting alone against the Shinobi Alliance, the swordsman moved at supersonic speed through vegetation, thorns, carnivorous plants, wooden clones, and Demodogs trying to attack him, cutting down everything that appeared in front of him. And when he couldn't do that, he kicked, headbutted, used everything within reach to kill and keep moving.
And then, after exterminating an endless sea of things trying to kill him, managing to open up a bit of space to breathe, Zoro disappears using Soru, a giant crater forming where he had been, the shockwave from his movement violently ripping from the ground everything that was about to try and engulf him again.
Back to the present, spinning like a runaway missile, already on the other side of the island, Aramaki quickly reorients himself in midair, his movement stabilizing. Then, a few seconds later, he makes vines sprout from his wooden prosthetic arm, extending until they grab hold of the Demogorgon dragon passing by him at supersonic speed, catching up to it.
But as soon as he lands on the dragon, not even a second later, Chouchou appears in the creature's path, coming towards it like a giant plasma mass, his displacement from where he was kilometers away to there being instantaneous, at the speed of light, figuratively speaking of course.
And then, with time moving in slow motion, about to collide head-on with a core of densely concentrated flames fully formed at the entrance of the dragon's throat, which was open like the petals of a flower, in the process of releasing a breath of fire at the giant wolf, Chouchou, having used Soru and Geppo to get there, kicks the air to start spinning on his own axis like a drill, his forepaws coated with Advanced Armament Haki positioning in front of his snout while his thunderous bark echoes hoarsely through the environment "Woof Woof!!" "Lightspeed Drill!!"
Entering through the creature's open mouth, Chouchou tears through it from one end to the other, passing through its body and exiting through its tail at the speed of light, ripping it into countless strips that catch fire and incinerate in the next instant, his front paws coated in Haki and engulfed in flames from having come into contact with the beginning of the dragon's fire breath.
Meanwhile, jumping away from the dragon because it was being ripped into strips from inside out by the giant wolf, Aramaki, spinning uncontrollably in the air, grows and transforms into a wooden golem about nine meters tall.
And as soon as his transformation completes, he collides with the ground, bouncing a few times before doing a somersault, managing to stand up, his feet tearing the ground until his inertia ceases.
Having not even a second to orient himself, Zoro appears in front of him already delivering a strike with his three swords, and managing to react by quickly creating a wooden sword, Aramaki, holding the sword with both hands, brings it down on the swordsman with all his remaining strength.
And then, the attacks of the two collide, the shockwave devastating a radius of kilometers, trees being violently torn from the ground, villages being wiped off the map as if they were made of paper.
And even putting all his strength into this blow, Zoro's Herculean force overpowers him, completely unbalancing Aramaki, and then, at this moment of slip, the swordsman attacks him again, murmuring hoarsely "Santoryu Ogi: Daisen Sekai!!"
An extremely powerful vertical slash comes from below upward. Meanwhile, Aramaki awkwardly plants his foot on the ground before trying to defend at the last second with a move of his own. His blade, held with only one hand this time, collides with the swordsman's attack at an odd angle, but without a firm stance and in a strange position, Zoro's strike comes out on top, slicing through the marine's sword without resistance before continuing upward, cutting the golem vertically in half, dividing him into two pieces.
In the last second before the golem is completely cut in half, Aramaki is ejected from his back like a missile, on a collision course with the village of Bighorn, spewing buckets of blood, his organs completely destroyed, eyes white, unconscious.
Meanwhile, Sanji appears in front of the village of Bighorn, at a considerable distance, sliding sideways, his bare feet digging a charred trench in front of the village.
And as soon as his lateral movement ceases, he disappears using Soru, running to meet Aramaki's unconscious and already defeated body, a giant crater forming where he was just a second in past.
Looking like a mass of incandescent plasma, Sanji covers the distance between them instantly, like lightning, appearing on the marine's back the next instant, delivering an incandescent kick while murmuring "Logi Jambe: Brochette Épicée!!"
And unobstructed, his foot, wrapped in blood-red flames, pierces Aramaki's chest, melting his entire ribcage, completely carbonizing skin and flesh around the hole, destroying his heart and setting his whole body on fire.
And then, before Sanji's attack flames could completely consume the marine's corpse, Zoro appears in front of them and cuts off Aramaki's head with his three swords.
At that moment, Chouchou arrives at the scene just in time to see the marine's flaming head bounce a few times on the ground before the blood-red flames atomize it completely, his body following the same fate, and then, not even a second after that, the three Straw Hats faint, collapsing to the ground, Chouchou's colossal body making everything shake as it hits the soil, returning to his normal size amidst the cloud of dust he raised upon falling.
And a few seconds later, after the dust settles, Sabo appears near them, having followed the fight with his Haki since he found them in the middle of the battle some time ago, he then picks up the three and takes them to Bighorn village just behind, to receive medical care.
