Silvermoon Bay, Free Trade Alliance, Victoria Port.
Victoria Port is located at the river mouth, in the center of Silvermoon Bay. It is an exceptionally rare large deep-water harbor and the most prosperous and affluent city within the city-state alliance of over a hundred cities.
At night, the sea surface shimmers under the moonlight, lined with countless sailing ships. Dock workers are busily transporting wooden crates filled with a variety of goods, including ores, grain, clothes, wine, and even firearms.
