As Sophia looked down at the book cover in her hand, she too was confused by the words that didn't make any sense.
"What is this book?"
Sophia wondered as her curiosity began to grow. Her hands just couldn't help but reach over to open the first page.
"I told you. Come on, let us just open it—"
Before Mary could grab her arms to get a closer look, the bathroom door was opened, revealing Alex with a towel and a water basin.
"What are you guys making all that noise for?" Alex asked curiously as he walked over to the bedside.
"Nothing!"
Sophia quickly hid the book behind her, with Mary standing to the side to help cover it from other angles.
"Whatever... You guys can go back to your room if you really want. I can take care of Mom myself."
"Okay."
The two gladly left the room, leaving the responsibility to Alex as he began wetting the towel with the basin.
Squeezing it dry, he quickly moved the towel back to Katherine's face and began gently wiping her face.
