"Follow me!" Fenrir rushed forward.
"Oi. Wait!" Jinwu chased after him, not knowing what Fenrir had in mind.
"Should we scout the area ahead? There might be traps." Mae asked.
"Do you think traps will work against these guys?" Nathan chuckled, pointing at Fenrir and Jinwu.
"Well…" Mae smiled. A normal trap definitely wouldn't work. This secret room must have been built before aliens invaded this world. That was why it should be fine to let them be.
In the end, Mae's worry came true. There were multiple traps activated because of Fenrir, but none of them worked against a divine beast.
Poison arrows and other arrows simply couldn't pierce Fenrir's skin.
The corridor was quite long. They had to turn several times and seemed to be descending for quite some time.
According to Mae, they had actually gone below the ziggurat. It was quite surprising that the tunnel would be this long, but traps had been scattered all around the tunnel.
