Caroline took a deep breath before finally speaking.
"They would mostly be there by midnight. That's when most dungeon explorers return from their escapades."
Trevor groaned at Caroline's words.
This had only confirmed his fears more than ever. If his mom was already one of his harem members by now, it would have been much easier for him to track her down.
At present, he only had two: Chloe and Caroline.
Just as Trevor was about to speak to Chloe, a teacher finally entered the classroom to begin the day's activities.
"Good morning, students. Today we will…"
All the noise around Trevor faded away. His thoughts had already plunged deeper than he had ever imagined, yet his eyes remained fixed on the teacher standing at the front of the class.
He was not even strong enough yet to take on any hunter at his current level. He could hardly believe what Caroline was saying about the timing, but then a brilliant idea suddenly lit up in his mind.
