The whole gang of the gangsters were trying to walk and leave the school soon but Ichinose and Ishan had beaten so worse that they weren't able to move properly and some hadn't even wake up till now, but were still alive. And before they could run away and escape, police came with cars and they all realized that they all were done, everyone was injured on the charge of trying to beat a kid, do you really think that Ichinose would be a kid? So it was just for Ishan and now richness also couldn't save them because if two to three rich family are standing against one, the one can't do anything. Elisa and Noah weren't going to leave and Ishan was just surprised a little bit...he didn't expect that to happen, but he didn't care much and just chose to sleep peacefully now after so much of hard work.
The next day, Zara opened her eyes...and the police was already there, her parents were worrying about and her mother was actually crying, she was also angry from Zara and asked, "Why you didn't tell us about that earlier, Zara?" And Zara was speechless...she finally realized that they get to know what happened yesterday and she also started tearing with sorrow, she hugged her mother back and apologized for not telling her everything already but the policemen just said to let her give words about the case and then they can talk and discuss.
And it went to court, Zara told everything that the guy was actually her fiance, which her family had accepted as a business deal but they didn't think that they will try to kill her to just win everything of their family without making him marry with Zara, and the way was only to kill Zara. The family of the rich kid was fallen and broken apart and the contract of Zara's family and his family was also broken and the judgement was given. At the court hearing, Elisa was already there and Cyen was just surprised by hearing the story and he couldn't believe, "Ishan...was so much strong? Never expected, but he did everything right...I guess."
The judge asked, "And Zara, who helped and saved you?" And Zara was surprised, but she smiled and looked around, hoping that Ishan would be there for her hearing...but he was playing with Ly at his home and he didn't even know that there would be a hearing for it. Zara was a little bit disappointed that he wasn't there but she just smiled, looked down and answered, "It was Ishan, although he isn't here right now."
Cyen was so much motivated by that, but Elisa just smiled with a sweat and said, "...Ichinose was also there actually, but as he was just throwing popcorn when Zara was in trouble...I guess Ishan is the only hero for her then, anyway...the kid's assumption was wrong that he would still be safe and wouldn't have to face anything."
Days started passing, Zara was searching for Ishan all the time but no one had his address, but she still kept on trying...because she wanted to start a simple conversation and try to make everything normal, like it was in her past life...
Ivan kept on working on his three part time jobs, but at the third one, Noah and his whole team would always be there and they would drag him to the basketball and he would play with them each and every day, and he finally started realizing...that he actually likes to play basketball and he started caring about himself as well now. The trainer was watching Ivan playing basketball each and every day, knowing that he is just a cleaner there working after the stadium is empty, but his skills were way too advanced and even the actual players who practiced there motivate and drag him to play, it was something surprising for him but he just kept on watching Ivan from far and observing his skills.
Summer vacations continued, Cyen, Aid, Eta and Miyu were playing together, hoping that they had not to face the same thing they did, although they all were sure that they can't stand against Ivan, Noah and their ultimate team but they at least hoped to make a single score once against them, they will start from small only.
Whereas...Ishan didn't play basketball after that, he lost his interest in that, and he became more like Ivan, just caring about those to whom he has in his life and cherish and he himself doesn't knows, but he had lost all his interest on the games which was his life once, he tries to play all alone but he gets lost in strange thoughts, but he would play properly if he has to play and teach to Ly, at that he would focus on Ly...but his real focus on basketball was lost somewhere.
Days kept on passing, Zara kept on trying to find Ishan, Ivan kept on playing with his new friends but Ishan...he was lost somewhere, he doesn't knows what he should do, he was confused, the System was telling him to play and keep the spirit alive...but Ishan started questioning from himself, is it even worth it? His inner core had made himself confused and he couldn't decide now.
It was one Sunday, and Ishan finally came to the park all alone to finally think and decide what's happening to him, but he lost his interest and he was just going to turn back--
"Let's play basketball, Ishan..." But Ichinose from nowhere came and walked away by patting on Ishan's shoulder and Ishan was shocked, he looked back and started walking to Ichinose and asked, "Wait...you are alive?" And Ichinose laughed gently and he just picked up the basketball and started dribbling the ball...but he couldn't even dribble properly and he smiled with a sweat...he was trying to act cool, but he spoiled everything and just simply answered,
"...Yeah...I am alive..."
