Chapter 174 - Welcome to Delhi

Delhi Airport…

Om and Viraj Joshi had finally landed in Delhi. The moment they stepped out of the airport, Viraj stretched lazily and grinned.

"Mr. Om, welcome to Delhi! As far as I know, this is your first time leaving your city, right?"

Om looked around at the crowded streets, the noise, the endless rush of people, and replied calmly,

"Yeah, Mr. Viraj, that part is true. This is my first time outside my city. But honestly, I've always loved the idea of traveling. Never really got the chance before… but once this work is done, I'm definitely going to fulfill that dream."

Viraj smiled warmly at him.

"That's good to hear. And thank you… for standing with us even after everything that happened."

Om glanced outside while replying casually,

"It's alright. Humans make mistakes. And you people are good at heart. If you weren't, I wouldn't be here helping you in this competition. Besides… helping you helped me too."

After that, both of them got into a luxurious car and left the airport.

During the ride, Viraj explained everything important about the competition. Once he finished, he smiled proudly and said,

"Om, don't worry about anything while you're in Delhi. Your stay and every single thing you need will be taken care of."

Om chuckled lightly.

"Please just call me Om. 'Mr. Om' feels a little awkward. I'm younger than you anyway. And… can I get some kind of vehicle for roaming around? Maybe a car or a bike? Only if it's possible."

Viraj instantly got excited.

"Arre, don't even stress about it, Om! I'll arrange both for you!"

Om smiled at him.

Just then, his phone started ringing.

He glanced at the screen.

Anshika.

For a second, his expression changed slightly… but without answering, he immediately cut the call and quickly typed a message back to her.

A while later, the car finally stopped in front of a massive hotel.

Om stepped out and looked up.

A seven-star hotel.

The entire place looked unbelievably royal, glowing under the lights like a palace in the middle of Delhi.

But before he could take another step, a woman wearing a sharp black suit walked toward him and stopped right in front of him.

It was Sanaya.

The moment Om saw her, his face showed absolutely no reaction.

Not even surprise.

Instead, he ignored her completely and started walking ahead.

Seeing herself treated like air, Sanaya's anger immediately shot up.

"Hey, mister!"

Om stopped.

"I'm not standing here to get ignored, alright? And trust me, I'm not interested in attending to you either. I'm only here because my grandfather told me to."

Hearing that, Om slowly turned toward her.

His face was calm. Too calm.

That calmness irritated her even more.

Straightening her posture proudly, she said,

"This is my hotel. Until you people stay in Delhi, you'll stay here because you are my grandfather's VIP guests. That's why I personally arranged the best room in the hotel for you. If you need anything at all, feel free to contact me anytime. I'll always be available for your service."

Om looked directly into her eyes and smirked slightly.

"Oh really? The princess of the Joshi family… the owner of this giant hotel… will personally serve me? Wow. Won't that hurt Your Highness's ego a little?"

The taunt hit exactly where it was meant to.

Sanaya's eyes widened with fury.

At that moment, she looked like she could kill Om just by staring at him.

Clenching her teeth, she hissed,

"How dare you—!"

But before things could explode further, Viraj quickly stepped between them.

Completely unaware of the tension, he smiled nervously and said,

"Hey sis, please do one thing for me… send a nice bike and a car for us, okay? And please, don't do anything angry. You know these are Grandpa's orders."

Before Sanaya could reply, Viraj immediately dragged Om away from there.

As the two walked off, Sanaya glared at Om's back with burning rage.

"You've got a lot of nerve, Om Ahuja. I won't spare you for this. The attitude you're showing me right now… I'll crush it completely. I'll make you bow in front of me one day, remember that. You hurt my ego, and I'll destroy you for it."

Then she looked toward Viraj with annoyance.

"And that idiot brother of mine… at least respect the Joshi name! Why are you following that guy around like a loyal dog? But forget it… what else can I even expect from you?"

Meanwhile, while walking through the hallway, Viraj awkwardly smiled at Om.

"Om… please don't hate my sister or take her words to heart. I know she's a little short-tempered… but she's not a bad person. She just… hates men."

Hearing that, Om's expression turned thoughtful.

"But how did she become like that?"

The moment Om asked that question, sadness spread across Viraj's face.

Seeing him suddenly go quiet, Om started wondering what could have possibly happened to make Sanaya hate men so deeply.

Then Viraj looked at Om with heavy eyes and asked softly,

"Do you really want to know?"
