Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: The Berserker Strikes

Indeed, he had underestimated Lin Kuang. He previously thought Lin Kuang was just somewhat different, but he never expected this. Not only was Lin Kuang different, but the strength he possessed was enough to make even him, a seasoned mercenary, shudder in fear!

The moment Lin Kuang reached out to take the bank card, his palm suddenly clamped around the major's wrist.

Before the major could react, Lin Kuang pushed off with his feet, his body blurring as he reappeared behind the man like a phantom. In the next instant, his forearm locked around the major's neck!

The major was instantly incapacitated, but it wasn't over.

Just as Lin Kuang subdued the major, he wrenched the Desert Eagle from the man's waist.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Seven or eight bullets flew out. In the blink of an eye, the seven or eight Black Scorpion members were all taken down with shots to the head.

This all happened in a flash. No more than three seconds had passed before the members of Black Scorpion were just a pile of corpses on the ground.

Fan Bingbing, Li Jiacheng, Carlos, Bill, Stephen, and Bernard stared dumbfounded at the scene, completely stupefied with their minds blank.

"A major from Black Scorpion, tsk tsk. One of the world's top ten mercenary groups," Lin Kuang said with a playful smile. "So, tell me, who sent you?"

The Black Scorpion major was also stunned. He hadn't expected Lin Kuang's strength to be so terrifying that he could eliminate all his men in the blink of an eye. It wasn't just the speed of his actions, but also his frightening composure. At this moment, he knew for certain that this Lin Kuang was a horrifying figure.

Critically, Lin Kuang knew he was from Black Scorpion and even knew they were one of the world's top ten mercenary groups. How could this not shock him?

"Who in the world are you?" the major asked, his face red from the chokehold, each word a struggle.

"Me? You don't need to know. Just tell me who sent you. I'm quite curious. Who would dare to move against a fearsome entity like the Business Alliance? Could it be someone from within?" Lin Kuang asked with a grin.

"You can forget it. Do you really think a major like me would know that kind of information? For something like that, you'd have to ask the General," the major said, his tone growing more strained as his face reddened.

"You have a point. Well then, I'll send you on your way!"

As he spoke, Lin Kuang's arm tightened. With a sickening CRACK, he snapped the major's neck, killing him instantly. There was no point in interrogating someone like this; it was better to just kill him.

After finishing, Lin Kuang clapped his hands gently. "All done. No need to worry anymore, esteemed guests."

With that, Lin Kuang turned his gaze to the six of them.

By now, Fan Bingbing, Li Jiacheng, Carlos, and the others had snapped out of their daze. Their expressions turned grim as their gazes fell upon the corpses on the floor. Fan Bingbing, in particular, had never witnessed such a scene. Her pretty face was pale with fright and her delicate body trembled slightly, but she did her best to control her emotions.

"Th-thank you," Fan Bingbing said gratefully. If it weren't for Lin Kuang, she couldn't imagine what would have become of her. While the long string of digits in her bank account meant little to her, she greatly valued her own purity.

Lin Kuang shook his head. "Miss Fan, my apologies. My actions just now were a bit presumptuous. Please don't take offense." As he spoke, he gave a slight bow to apologize.

Fan Bingbing quickly shook her head. "No, no, you're being too kind. If you hadn't stepped in, I'm afraid we all would have been done for. It's uncertain if we would have even survived."

"Yes, Mr. Lin, thank you so much for what you did. Whenever you're in Mexico, please contact me. As long as I can help, I, Carlos, will absolutely not hesitate!" Carlos said, walking up to Lin Kuang and giving a deep, earnest bow.

Following his lead, Li Jiacheng and the others all voiced their gratitude. The message was clear: if Lin Kuang ever needed anything in their respective territories, they would be at his service without question.

At this moment, Fan Bingbing spoke again. "Mr. Lin, I know you aren't motivated by money, but please, accept this card as a small token of my gratitude." She pulled a bank card from her pocket, her expression sincere and resolute.

Lin Kuang quickly waved his hand. "Miss Fan, I can't accept this. You should keep it. Just consider it a favor you owe me. Alright, everyone should head back to their seats now. Oh, and a friendly warning: the people who knew your itinerary and dared to act against you are likely from the Business Alliance. Be careful."

Having said his piece, Lin Kuang turned and left. He notified the captain of the situation and asked him to reassure the passengers. As for the bodies, someone at East Sea Airport would take care of them. Lin Kuang didn't need to worry about it.

After handling everything, Lin Kuang returned to his seat. The sight that greeted him made his stomach churn, and his expression turned exceedingly ugly.

That sissy, Zhao You, was hugging Fan Bingbing and sobbing. Tears mixed with makeup streamed down his overly made-up face, a sight that nauseated Lin Kuang.

God, I pray I never have to share a flight with a sissy like this again. Damn it, this is just unbearable! Lin Kuang wailed internally.

Fan Bingbing naturally noticed Lin Kuang's expression. She glanced at Zhao You beside her, and the corners of her mouth turned up in a slight smile.

"Xiao You, stop crying. Your makeup is running. You should hurry to the restroom and fix it. You look a real mess right now," she said very seriously.

Zhao You, who was in the middle of a loud sob, snatched up a mirror. Seeing the state of his face, the sissy let out a shriek and dashed into the restroom.

"There now, Mr. Lin. Xiao You is gone. You can open your eyes," Fan Bingbing said, unable to suppress a laugh at the helpless expression on Lin Kuang's face.

"You're the amazing one. You got rid of him with just a single sentence!" Lin Kuang said admiringly. With the sissy gone, he finally felt a sense of relief.

"Actually, Xiao You is a good person," Fan Bingbing said with a smile. "He's just… oriented differently than us. Otherwise, he's fine."

Lin Kuang nodded. "I understand. I just have an aversion to that kind of effeminate behavior, but I agree, his character is decent enough."

"Um, Mr. Lin, if you don't mind, shall we exchange contact information?" Fan Bingbing asked with a smile.

It was the first time she had ever been so forward in asking a man for his number. As her eyes met Lin Kuang's deep gaze, her cheeks involuntarily flushed and her heart pounded in her chest, as if his eyes held some kind of Magic Power.
