"Murder! Someone's been murdered..."
The hooligans finally snapped out of their stupor, panicking and running for their lives. They were just street thugs, good for starting brawls or preying on honest folk, but none of them had ever witnessed a real murder. Instantly, the entire rabble tried to retreat the way they had come.
However, at that exact moment, ten men in black masks appeared on the other side of the bridge. With a single stab, they killed the first hooligan who tried to flee.
Seeing this, the rest of the hooligans froze in their tracks. In an instant, the group of thugs found themselves trapped on the bridge between the ten masked men and twenty of the estate's servants.
"Spare us..." one of the thugs cried out, dropping to his knees.
