Lucian had been in his study room going through some paperwork when his reaper appeared,
"She's fine and resting at home now," Ian said standing in front of it's master who looked up at him.
Lucian had told him to come relay how Sabrina is everyday to him, he didn't want to miss any information,
"And did any peasant try to get close to her?" Lucian asked, he was referring to Lyon, who had no idea that Sabrina was in the village,
"No," Ian replied as he hadn't seen any man around Sabrina,
"Good. And did you notice anyone strange around her?" Lucian asked staring into what he was doing,
"No," Ian responded again.
"Good,"
"There will be a festival celebration at night in two days and Sabrina along with her friend will be attending," Ian informed.
"Hmm," was all Lucian said, "Keep extra watch on her," he said. He would have done that himself but he has been sent on an errand by Maximus, an errand of two days to another land, Venom land, a land filled with night creature who are nothing but corrupted but live fine and wealthy lives. He was going there to search for a rebel vampire of the council, who had ran off to that land, so he won't be there to watch her himself or spend time with her.
The day of the festival soon arrived, that morning Sabrina had woken up in her room, she stared at herself in the mirror, finding a bump on her stomach, the baby was growing, she smiled and then Lucian invaded her thought, was she missing him? She questioned herself and noticed the sad expression on her face, she is missing him.
"My Queen," Sabrina's heart jumped hearing someone suddenly say, she turned around and saw that it was Airen, she had the ability to appear but it was in a ghost form,
"Airen, you scared me?" Sabrina said with a sigh of relief,
"So sorry, I went to your room in the castle but couldn't find you, I had to make use of my ability to locate you," said Airen,
"I'm also sorry, I should have informed you that I will be leaving the castle for a while," Sabrina said with an apologetic look on her face,
"That's fine, my Queen. Would you be going back there?" Airen asked staring at Sabrina who sat by the edge of the bed,
"Yes I will or Lucian will come take me himself," Sabrina grinned and Airen nodded understanding how possessive the man can be. She was even shocked that he could allow her stay away from the mansion,
"The baby is growing," Airen said with a smile on her face,
"Yes," Sabrina smiled back rubbing on her bump as she stared down at it, "Is there a way that I can tell the gender of the child?"Sabrina asked her,
"Yes, you just have to focus and touch your belly, images will come to you, of your child," Airen replied.
Sabrina did as she was told, closing her eyes and it did come to her at once, other mer folks might have taken longer but she was the Queen, she opened her eyes and her smile widened.
"It's a girl," she said guess Lucian wish had come true. "I wonder what my daughter will be after birth?"
"You mean a mermaid or vampire?" Airen asked and Sabrina nodded, "She can turn out to be both,"
"Hmm," she just hope it's not going to cause any problem for her daughter in the future.
"Will you be safe here? Though I have heard nothing about the witches and Aires but you still need to be careful," Airen warned her,
"I am at my mother's house, so I will be safe, you have nothing to worry about and there is the guard and Aurora too to protect me," Sabrina said with a smile.
"Alright, just take extra care okay?"
"Yes, Airen, I will,"
Later that night, everywhere in the village was looking bright and lively with decorations, people moving back and forth, dressed in their best looking gowns, couples and friends walking by, smiling obviously happy about the night,
"Oh! I'm so excited about tonight!" Elena shouted excitedly, while pulling Sabrina deeper into the crowd of people. Some had counter in front of them with different displays on it,
Sabrina laughed, "Why are you so excited, Elena! It's not like it's the first time this is happening!" Sabrina said breathless as Elena kept pulling her to a man selling necklaces with gems on it.
"But it never gets old, does it!" Elena said with a grin, "Look at these! Aren't they just beautiful to look at?"
"They are," Sabrina commented, staring at the sparkling gems being displayed, "How much are these?" She asked the elderly man standing behind the counter,
Everyone already heard of her visit to the village and were all looking to be in her best grace, even the man recognized her immediately she stood in front of his counter, he smiled.
"The green one will look beautiful on you, Princess and so will the red look lovely on you too, Lady Elena," the old man said,
