More bubbles erupted across the surface of the lake, gathering in an ominous cluster that caught everyone's attention. Ben, Max, and Gwen remained vigilant, while even Jonah Melville's crew turned to stare at the disturbance.
Asher activated the Omnitrix interface again, his palm hovering over the extended faceplate as he prepared to transform.

"BOO!!"
A diver suddenly jumped out of the water right next to their boat. He raised his hands in mock claws, opened his mouth wide, and let out an exaggerated roar, pretending to be the sea monster.
"Look out!"
"The sea monster is here!"
Gwen and Ben were genuinely startled, both instinctively taking a step back as they shouted warnings to Asher.
SLAM!
Asher's palm reflexively slammed down on the Omnitrix core in response to her urgent cries!
THWACK!
Luckily, Max witnessed the scene and quickly shot out his weathered hand, grabbed Asher's wrist, and pulled him away from the device at the last second!

Asher had almost transformed into an alien hero in front of everyone!

The diver clutched his stomach and burst out laughing uncontrollably, "Hahahaha! Your reactions are priceless! You actually thought I was a sea monster? That's hilarious!"

"Let's get out of here. Ignore these idiots," Asher said to Captain Shaw, his voice full of controlled anger.
"I couldn't agree more, my friend!" Captain Shaw was equally furious, aggressively pushing the throttle as he steered their boat away from the larger vessel.
"That wasn't funny!" Ben remained indignant, his fists clenched in righteous anger.
The prank had almost exposed Asher's secret identity in the worst possible way!
As he watched their boat pull away, the diver continued to mutter to himself, "What a bunch of humorless yokels. Don't they know a good joke when they see one?"

Countless bubbles suddenly burst behind him, creating what looked like an underwater whirlpool that made him lose his balance in the water!
"Hey, stop fooling around! Who's playing games down there?" the diver shouted with false bravado, turning to look behind him with growing irritation.
ROAR!
Then he witnessed a sight that would haunt his nightmares forever.
A massive serpentine creature resembling a prehistoric plesiosaur burst from the depths of the lake, its emergence creating enormous waves that lifted the diver's body like a toy! The ancient predator's eyes blazed with anger at being disturbed.
ROOOAAAAR!!
Its thunderous roar spread across the entire lake in an instant!
"It's... it's the sea monster!" Jonah Melville's confident composure shattered as the massive creature entered his field of vision. At that moment, he felt utterly insignificant, his entire body freezing with primal terror.
The supposed "Friends of Fish" crew members behind him stood with their mouths agape, staring at the sea monster in utter shock and disbelief!

As people finally recovered from their initial paralysis, panic spread like wildfire. They scattered toward the pilot house in frantic desperation, while others rushed to the cargo hold in search of emergency equipment!
The sea monster swung its massive stern toward Jonah's yacht, striking the great vessel with devastating force. The boat rocked violently, and many crew members fell into the water as the deck tilted at dangerous angles!
Back on Captain Shaw's boat...
The moment they heard the monster's terrifying roar echo over the water, Asher, Max, Captain Shaw, and the others turned to look at Jonah's boat!
"The sea monster is here!" Captain Shaw shouted in shock as he witnessed the creature's rampage.
In contrast, Max, Ben, and Gwen remained relatively calm, all turning to look at Asher with expectant expressions.
Asher nodded grimly. While the others were distracted by the chaos, he quickly jumped over the railing of the boat and dove into the lake!
At that moment, the sea monster unleashed a tsunami-like wave at their smaller boat, demonstrating the full extent of its terrifying power!
The creature's attack wasn't limited to Captain Shaw's boat and Jonah's yacht. Many smaller pleasure craft had approached out of curiosity when they heard the initial disturbance, attracted by the commotion.
The result was disastrous.
"No, I can't turn into Ripjaws. I'm not just here to fight!" Asher thought as he floated in the water, initially planning to transform into his aquatic form. But then he reconsidered.
Many of Jonah's divers were still in extreme danger all over the lake!
Gwen, Ben and the others on the boat were also targeted!
There were other innocent tourists caught up in the creature's rampage!
In this scenario, he needed someone capable of large-scale rescue operations, not just fighting.
Four Arms wouldn't work, he was designed for combat only. Heatblast and Diamondhead would be even worse in an aquatic environment.
"Stinkfly?! No, that's not right either. He's better suited for high-altitude combat, not aquatic rescue!" Asher turned the Omnitrix dial, and Stinkfly's distinctive silhouette appeared on the screen. But after thinking about it for half a second, he continued turning the interface to select another alien hero.
The silhouette that appeared this time was perfect for the situation.

"XLR8..." Asher muttered thoughtfully, realizing the incredible potential in his fastest transformation.

The next second, his palm landed decisively on the Omnitrix's core. The urgency of the situation demanded immediate action, there was no time for hesitation!
