"Are you kidding me?" Vikkan almost laughed upon hearing Kaden's request. "You want me to block a team of 16 Primordial Lords and millions of others equally powerful for five good hours? Do you even hear yourself?"
"You are a Supreme Primordial, aren't you?" Kaden asked, wondering which part of his request made Vikkan react that way.
It wasn't like he was asking him to kill every last one of them. That was impossible, maybe, so he only asked him to hold them back.
That wasn't too much to ask, right?
"I am indeed a Supreme Primordial, but even with such strength, do you expect me to be able to block 16 Primordial Lords?" Vikkan narrowed his eyes at Kaden, almost as if he were the most unreasonable person alive.
"Look, I know you are the Lone Wanderer, and in your world, things like this are normal. However, where I am from, even asking a Supreme Primordial to fight five Primordial Lords is frowned upon. Talking about 16 of them is unthinkable.
