Seven Ice, two Lightning, and three Water Elementals stood before Kaden, each wearing a warm smile. More importantly, they all looked to be around sixteen years old, which, to Kaden, made them children.
Of course, his four Primordial Flame Spirits' first evolution had given them the humanoid bodies of seven-year-olds, so these ones were much older. But perhaps since his four Flame Spirits were now adults, he had expected the rest to come out as such.
Too bad they didn't. Regardless, they were now Absolute-grade Forbidden Elements, each with unique powers and abilities.
"You guys seem extra happy," Kaden said, looking back at the children, whom he was having a hard time asking to fight the horrors of the Three Elemental Sea.
Perhaps in their beast forms, he wouldn't have hesitated. But now that he had seen them in their humanoid forms, asking them to fight powerful beasts felt a bit uncomfortable.
The Elemental Spirits didn't see it that way...
