He really is in great shock right now, and that is perfectly normal, considering he had just unlocked a power that, if he uses it well, would allow him to leave the Elemental Garden with an army the Primus Universe isn't prepared for.
In a nutshell, he had awakened an aspect that would allow him to turn just about any human, beast or monster into an Elemental.
But that is just the basic effect of the new aspect.
It goes much deeper, and it is more powerful than that.
Aside from having the ability to make just about anyone an Elemental, he can also awaken their Elemental Dao and manifest it to 10%.
This 10% is the lowest he can awaken and manifest.
Within the aspect is an effect that will allow him to go higher than that.
