The world outside the window was expansive. In the distance, across a stretch of grass, lay a dark green expanse resembling a primeval forest, yet it was filled with fantastical colors.
Why call them fantastical colors? Zhou Li didn't know how else to describe it. Clearly, such scenery couldn't be found in the human world, and he was momentarily spellbound by the view.
If one had to describe it… it was a forest much like a modern city.
This comparison seemed somewhat odd. People often describe modern cities as forests—forests of steel and concrete—because of the tall buildings and skyscrapers.
Here, however, it was quite the opposite.
