I inadvertently created a loophole to exploit Yulia's weakness, her inability to tolerate the sight of disorder in front of her eyes. There more, I also had the same thought about Yulia's idea, where she suggested that colorful paper would make it easier to find report papers.
Of all those useful ideas, I wanted to test Yulia's idea by putting it into action.
In other words, I needed to test Yulia's idea and assess its usefulness. Taking advantage of this, I handed all my signed report papers to Yulia and let her sort them by color on tip of report papers.
Some military officers who understood my actions only smiled coldly; they didn't want to interfere in the heavy work after they were busy with their own work.
That was a great thing for me, because I could utilize Yulia in the new work cycle of sorting paper reports according to color on the tip as assessment... the importance of the report.
